The KSIIA Orthopedic Dog Bed is a supportive resting pad for extra-large dogs, with 4-inch high-density egg-crate foam and a 53 x 36-inch sleeping surface.

• Removable cover with an L-shaped zipper — makes it easier to take the cover off for washing.
• Machine-washable cover with reinforced stitching — supports straightforward care through repeated washes.
• Plush velvet on one side and Oxford fabric on the other — offers two different surfaces for changing seasons.
• Three-layer sleeping-area fabric with a TPU waterproof layer — helps keep liquid from reaching the foam.
• Vacuum-packed for arrival — allow about 24 hours for the bed to expand before use.

Dogs that need a dedicated place to rest can use this bed as a crate pad, mattress, pillow or travel bed. Its foam construction is designed to distribute a dog's weight and support bones and joints, making the bed suitable for puppies and older dogs as well as adult dogs. The two-sided surface gives owners a choice between a soft, warmer-feeling side and a more durable fabric side.

What support does the KSIIA dog bed provide?

Its 4-inch high-density egg-crate foam is designed to spread weight evenly and provide support for bones and joints. The bed is intended to encourage comfortable, restful sleep, including for puppies and older dogs. Choose the 53 x 36-inch size for dogs weighing up to 150 lb (68 kg).

• Egg-crate foam forms the supportive sleeping base.
• The bed measures 53 in long by 36 in wide by 4 in high (135 x 91 x 10 cm).

How does the waterproof, two-sided cover work?

The sleeping area combines a plush outer surface, a middle TPU waterproof layer and an inner knit fabric lining. The TPU layer helps prevent liquid from soaking into the foam. The plush velvet side provides a soft, warmer-feeling surface, while the reverse is made of Oxford fabric for a cooler-feeling option in summer.

• Use the plush velvet side when your dog wants a soft place to snuggle.
• Turn to the Oxford fabric side for a different surface in warmer weather.

How do you remove and wash the cover?

Open the durable L-shaped zipper to remove the cover, then machine wash the cover for care. Upgraded fabric and reinforced stitching are designed to help the cover hold up through multiple washes. The foam is inside the cover; the washable component is the removable cover.

• The L-shaped zipper runs along the cover opening to make removal easier.
• Reinforced stitching adds durability to the cover construction.

Where can you use this dog bed?

Use the KSIIA bed as a dog crate pad, cage bed, dog mattress or pillow at home, or as a travel bed in a car or truck. It arrives vacuum-packed, so leave it to inflate for about 24 hours before your dog uses it. Compare your available crate or resting space with the bed's 53 x 36-inch footprint.

• Designed for use at home or as a dog bed in a car or truck.
• Allow about 24 hours for expansion after unpacking.

This bed suits owners looking for a large resting surface with supportive foam, a removable washable cover and a choice of two fabric sides. It is sized for dogs up to 150 lb and fits crate, home and vehicle resting setups where its 53 x 36-inch footprint works.
