Kurgo Core Dog Sweater, Heather Black, Extra Large Fleece Vest with Lead Access

• Reflective accents — are designed to support visibility in low light.

For walks and outdoor trips, a dog sweater needs to add warmth while allowing your dog to move. The Core Sweater can be worn on its own in cool weather or layered with other coats when conditions turn colder. Its vest design and access for a lead make it useful for outings with a harness or collar.

What size dog does the Extra Large fit?

The Extra Large is sized for a dog with a 26 in (66.04 cm) neck and a 35–45 in (88.9–114.3 cm) chest. Measure your dog and compare those measurements with the size chart to choose a fit. The zipper at the neck and hook-and-loop chest closures allow adjustment once the vest is on.

• Neck measurement: 26 in (66.04 cm).
• Chest measurement: 35–45 in (88.9–114.3 cm).
• Colour: Heather Black.

Can the Core Sweater be worn alone or layered?

Yes. The sweater works as a standalone layer in cool weather and can be worn under other coats during extreme cold. The 10 oz knitted fleece provides the insulating layer, while the athletic cut is intended to keep warmth from coming at the expense of movement. Choose the layering option according to the conditions and your dog's needs.

• Use it on its own in cool weather.
• Add it beneath another coat in extreme cold.
• The vest style leaves your dog's legs free to move.

How does the lead opening work, and how do you care for it?

A two-way zipper on the back gives access for attaching a lead to a harness or collar. The neck zipper and chest closures help adjust how the vest sits, while reflective accents are intended for low-light visibility. When it needs cleaning, the sweater is machine washable.

• Lead attachment works with a harness or collar.
