What kind of weather is the Halifax Rain Shell made for?

The waterproof TPU-coated shell is made for rainy and sleety conditions. Its outer fabric is 100% ripstop polyester, with reflective piping on the sides for visibility at night. Slicker Yellow is the coat’s color.

• The shell combines ripstop polyester fabric and a TPU waterproof coating.
• Reflective piping is positioned on the sides.

How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Extra Small is sized for dogs with a 14 in (35.56 cm) neck and a 15–22 in (38.1–55.88 cm) chest. Measure your dog and compare those measurements to the size before choosing. Two adjustable slides help tailor the fit, while the athletic cut is intended to allow walking and running. A horizontal opening gives a leash access point for use with your dog’s harness.

• Back coverage may vary from dog to dog.
• Use your dog’s neck and chest measurements when assessing the Extra Small fit.

How do you put on and care for this dog rain coat?

Fasten the coat with its two quick-release buckles, then attach the leash through the horizontal opening. The mesh lining is breathable, and the collar can be positioned to suit the conditions around your dog’s neck.

• Flip the collar up for added protection from the elements, or wear it folded down.
• Hand wash the coat and air dry it.

The Kurgo Halifax Rain Shell suits owners of Extra Small dogs who want a waterproof layer for outdoor time in rain or sleet, including outings with a harness. Its adjustable design, leash opening and quick-release closures make it a practical choice for dogs that need an easy-to-wear rain coat in the specified fit range.
