How do the boots help protect equine legs?

The breathable mesh forms a protective layer against flies, midges, and other pests, helping reduce pest-related stomping. Interior padding adds a soft layer against the leg, while the material is designed to be gentle on sensitive skin and help prevent chafing and irritation. For scratches or sores, the boots provide a barrier over the area to help protect it as it heals.

• Made for leg protection from common biting and irritating pests.
• Can be used to cover scratches or sores.
• Breathable mesh and padding combine coverage with a soft feel.

How do they stay in place, and who are they for?

The boots are shaped to follow the contour of equine legs and close with heavy-duty Velcro for a secure fit. They are designed for horses, ponies, and donkeys, and are easy to put on and take off. The set contains two boots for the front legs and two for the rear legs, providing a boot for each leg.

• Four boots per set, arranged for front and rear legs.
• Velcro closures open and fasten for straightforward fitting and removal.
• The same set is intended for horses, ponies, and donkeys.

How should you clean the horse fly boots?

LEAFOREST Horse Fly Boots are machine washable and quick drying, so dirt and debris can be removed in the washer. Their construction is designed to maintain its shape and Velcro grip through repeated washes. No special cleaning method is needed beyond the stated machine-washable care.
