What features does the lid have?

The lid has a self-locking design, hinged viewer and feeder windows, and ventilation. The hinged windows provide access from above for viewing or feeding, while the ventilated construction lets air pass through. The lid is colored, and the color may vary.

• Viewer and feeder windows are hinged in the lid.
• To loosen the colored lid, lift each corner up and away, using one hand to work each corner and the other to steady the tank.
• Do not rest an arm or put weight on the lid while lifting a corner; pressure can push a lifted corner back into place.

Can I carry the medium Kritter Keeper?

Yes. Lee's Medium Rectangular Kritter Keeper has a carrying handle for transport. Hold the tank steady when loosening the lid, and lift the lid carefully by its corners rather than pressing down on it.

• The carrying handle is included on the medium size.
