After an operation or during skin treatment, dogs may need a layer of coverage to help keep them from reaching the affected area. This suit is made for female and male dogs during recovery, as well as for weaning and everyday clothing. Its wearable design provides an option for owners looking to cover a dog’s body without relying on a cone or bandage.

How does the Lukovee dog recovery suit help protect a wound?

The suit is designed to help prevent dogs from scratching, biting, or licking surgical wounds. Covering the body can help limit access to the area and reduce the risk of further injury or infection. The soft, breathable, stretchable fabric is intended to make recovery wear more comfortable, and is designed to help reduce anxiety and stress and aid faster healing.

• Made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex.
• Stretch fabric allows flexibility while the dog wears the suit.
• Suitable for use after surgery, including spaying, and during skin medication.

Can a dog use the toilet while wearing the suit?

Yes. The rear has enough space for toilet use while the garment stays on, so the dog does not need to undress for bathroom breaks. For male dogs, a customizable section can be adjusted to suit the dog. Try the suit on and find the right position before cutting that section.

• Rear access is designed for bathroom use without removing the suit.
• Adjust the male-dog area only after checking its position on your dog.

How does the suit fit, and what can a dog do in it?

An adjustable hook-and-loop fastener on the back lets you change the fit to suit your dog’s size and comfort. The product is offered in five sizes, and this listing is for size S. The closure provides fit adjustment; choose the size that suits your dog rather than relying on the adjustable fastening alone.

The garment is designed as a flexible alternative to cones or bandages. Dogs can move, play, and eat while wearing it, making it suitable for recovery periods when they still need to carry out everyday activities. Its use also extends to weaning and regular clothing, beyond post-operative wear.

• Unisex design for female and male dogs.
• Adjustable back closure for fit customization.
• Size S product listing; five sizes are available.

The Lukovee Recovery Suit is best suited to dog owners seeking body coverage during post-surgical recovery, spaying, skin medication, or weaning, and to those looking for a wearable option for everyday use. It is designed for dogs that need wound coverage while still being able to move, play, and eat.
