After surgery or neutering, dogs may lick or scratch at healing areas. This recovery suit is made to cover the body while allowing bathroom breaks, and it can also be used during skin medication, weaning, or daily wear. Its fabric is designed to help relieve stress and anxiety during the recovery period.

What is the Lukovee recovery suit designed to do?

The Lukovee dog recovery suit helps limit licking and scratching at surgical wounds by covering your dog’s body. It is intended for post-surgery recovery, neutering, skin medication, weaning, and daily use. The back closures can be rolled up when needed.

• Designed for female and male dogs.
• Stretchable fabric allows flexibility while worn.
• For male dogs, the rear area can be customized for fit.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog’s back length and chest girth to choose a size; the XS version is one of eight available sizes. The recommended weight is a reference, so use the measurements to guide your choice. If your dog’s back length and chest girth point to different sizes, choose the larger size.

The adjustable waist belt and loop-fastening strap at the back help you adapt the suit to your dog’s abdominal size. A closer fit helps avoid an overly large hind-leg opening around the abdominal area. Adjust the suit to your dog rather than relying on weight alone.

• Compare both back length and chest girth when selecting a size.
• Choose the larger size if the two measurements fall into different size ranges.

Can my dog use the bathroom while wearing it?

Yes, the Lukovee dog recovery suit has open space at the back so dogs can use the restroom without removing the garment. Male dogs also have a customizable area. Try the suit on and find the right position before cutting that area.

The back zipper makes the suit easier to put on and take off. A lining and hook-and-loop tape are placed around the zipper to help prevent fur from getting caught. The 100% polyester fabric is soft, breathable, and stretchable for wear during recovery.

• Bathroom access is built into the rear design.
• Try on the suit before trimming the customizable male area.

This suit suits dog owners looking for a wearable layer for post-surgery or neutering recovery, as well as skin medication, weaning, or everyday use. Its adjustable waist, bathroom-friendly rear design, and XS-to-eight-size range support a measurement-led fit.
