What is distinctive about the Brook Trout collar’s construction?

The Brook Trout pattern is woven into the nylon webbing itself. Bar-tack stitching, a welded D-ring and a custom-designed side-release buckle complete the collar’s construction. The 1-inch width is intended for medium and larger dogs.

• Material: jacquard woven nylon.
• Pattern: woven into the webbing, not printed or sewn on.
• Hardware and stitching: welded D-ring, custom-designed side-release buckle and bar-tack stitching.

How do I choose the right collar size?

This collar adjusts from 12 to 20 inches. Measure snugly around the middle of your dog’s neck, then add an extra 5 percent for a comfortable fit; use that measurement to determine whether this adjustable range is suitable.

• Adjustable size range: 12–20 inches (30.48–50.8 cm).
• Width: 1 inch (2.54 cm).
• Intended for medium and larger dogs.

How do I clean the collar, and is it made for tie-out use?

Machine wash the collar in warm water with mild soap, then air dry it. Do not use bleach or a bleach alternative. LupinePet products are not recommended for tie-out, so this collar is intended for use as a wearable dog collar rather than for securing a dog in place.

• Wash: machine wash with warm water and mild soap.
• Care limits: no bleach or bleach alternative; air dry.
• Use limit: not recommended for tie-out.

The LupinePet Originals Brook Trout collar suits people looking for an adjustable, patterned collar for a medium or larger dog, with a matching Padded Handle Lead available to coordinate. It combines woven-in design with specified hardware and construction details, and is not intended for tie-out use.
