Maxpower Planet Pet Grooming Rake and Gloves, Pet Pro, 9- and 17-Tooth Sides

Maxpower Planet Pet Pro is a dual-sided pet grooming rake and dematting comb set designed to remove mats, tangles and loose hair, with 9- and 17-teeth grooming sides.

• A deshedding rake and grooming gloves — two tools for coat grooming and hair removal.
• 9-teeth rake side — works on stubborn mats and tangles.
• 17-teeth rake side — thins the coat and removes loose fur.
• Sharpened, finely rounded teeth — help lift knots and loose hair without scratching.
• Five-finger grooming gloves — reach tricky spots and provide a massage.

Loose fur, knots and mats can make routine coat care more involved. This set brings together a rake for targeted dematting and deshedding with grooming gloves for reaching areas that can be tricky to groom. The two rake sides offer different tooth counts for different grooming tasks, while the gloves add a separate way to work over the coat.

What tools are included in the Maxpower Planet Pet Pro set?

The set includes a deshedding dog brush rake and pet grooming gloves. Use the rake’s two sides according to the task: one side is made for mats and tangles, while the other is intended for thinning and shedding. The gloves have a five-finger design that reaches tricky spots and is designed to clean without irritating the skin.

• One dual-sided grooming rake.
• Pet grooming gloves with a five-finger design.
• Tools for different parts of a grooming routine.

Which rake side should I use for mats or loose fur?

The 9-teeth side tackles stubborn mats and tangles; the 17-teeth side thins the coat and desheds fur. Choose the side that matches the grooming task rather than treating both sides as interchangeable. The rake’s sharpened, finely rounded teeth are designed to remove mats, knots and loose hair while avoiding irritation or scratching.

• 9 teeth for dematting and detangling.
• 17 teeth for thinning and deshedding.
• Rounded tooth tips for grooming without scratching.

What do the grooming gloves do?

The five-finger gloves are designed to clean the coat and reach areas that are harder to access with a rake. Their gentle grooming action also provides a relaxing massage and helps improve blood circulation. Use the gloves as the glove-based part of the set’s grooming routine, alongside the rake’s more targeted coat work.

• Five-finger shape for access to tricky spots.
• Designed to clean without irritating the skin.
• Massage action while grooming.

Maxpower Planet Pet Pro suits pet owners looking for tools to address both coat tangles and shedding, with gloves for reaching less accessible areas. It is a grooming set for coat care, combining a two-sided rake with five-finger grooming gloves.
