Mercano Step-In Dog Harness and Leash Set, Black Yellow, Size L – Reflective Breathable Mesh

Mercano is a step-in dog harness and leash set for small dogs and cats, with a breathable soft mesh vest, 360° reflective stripes and a 140 cm leash.

• Made for small dogs and cats; choose by chest girth rather than weight — helps you select a size based on your pet’s measurements.
• Step-in fit with a hook-and-loop fastener and quick-release safety buckle — makes putting on and taking off the harness straightforward.
• High-density soft air mesh — provides a lightweight, breathable layer for walks in all seasons.
• 360° reflective stripes — reflect ambient light in very low-light conditions to improve visibility.
• Harness and 140 cm leash included — gives you the matching pieces for daily walks.

This set is designed for everyday walks with a small dog or cat, including outdoor outings in low light. Its step-in design keeps the fitting sequence simple, while the vest-style harness spreads pulling pressure over the pet’s body rather than concentrating it at the throat. Measure your pet before choosing a size so the harness is selected for chest fit.

How should I choose the harness size?

Measure around the widest part of your pet’s chest and use that measurement to choose the size. If the chest measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. The L option is intended for small dogs and cats; weight alone is not a reliable way to select the fit.

• Measure the chest at its widest point before ordering.
• Choose the larger size when your pet’s measurement is between sizes.

How do I put on the step-in harness?

Place your pet’s front feet through the leg openings, fasten the hook-and-loop closure, then secure the safety buckle. Attach the leash to the harness D-rings once the harness is fastened. The step-in layout and quick-release buckle make the fitting process easy to follow.

• A side D-ring is for an ID tag or clip-on LED light, not for attaching the leash.
• The leash attaches to the harness D-rings.

What helps make this harness suitable for walks?

The harness uses high-density soft air mesh that is breathable, lightweight, easy to clean and quick-drying. Reflective stripes are designed to reflect surrounding light in very low-light conditions, helping make your pet more visible during night walks. Its pressure-distributing design is intended to help protect the trachea and throat from pulling and choking.

• The mesh is intended for use throughout the seasons.
• The reflective detail runs around the harness for 360° visibility.

What is included in the Mercano set?

The set includes the harness and a flexible, lightweight leash measuring 140 cm (55.1 in). The leash has a soft padded handle and a small D-ring for a poop bag holder, and it can be tucked into a pocket when not in use.

• The leash’s small D-ring is for a poop bag holder.
• The harness’s side D-ring can hold an ID tag or clip-on LED light.

This set suits pet owners looking for a step-in walking harness for a small dog or cat, with reflective detailing and a leash included. It is intended for small pets, and choosing the fit requires a chest measurement rather than a weight-based guess. The measured chest fit, breathable mesh vest and matching 140 cm leash make it a practical set for routine walks.
