For dogs that need an extra layer in cooler seasons, this sweater combines a knit design with features for everyday dressing. Its stated purpose is to help keep your pet warm and comfortable in autumn and winter. The grayish blue XL option is made for shoppers who want a cold-weather dog garment with a high collar and a way to route a leash through the neck area.

How do I know whether the XL size will fit my dog?

Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest and rib cage, then compare the result with the XL chest girth of 30 in (76 cm). The garment’s other listed dimensions are a 24 in (61 cm) back length and a 21 in (53 cm) neck. These measurements give you three points to consider when choosing the size; the chest measurement is taken around the widest area of the rib cage.

• Back length: 24 in (61 cm).
• Neck: 21 in (53 cm).
• Chest girth: 30 in (76 cm).

What makes this sweater useful for cold-weather wear?

The sweater is made from 100% acrylic, a fabric described as soft, comfortable, and warm. Its intended season is autumn and winter, making it a clothing layer for dogs when extra warmth is wanted. The cable-knit construction gives the garment its distinctive knit appearance, while the high collar adds coverage around the neck.

• Material: 100% acrylic.
• Style: cable knit with a high collar.
• Purpose: warmth and comfort in autumn and winter.

Can I put a leash through the sweater?

Yes. Mihachi places an opening down the neck for passing a leash through, so the leash can be routed through the garment. The elastic high collar is designed to make putting the sweater on and taking it off easier. Together, these details support dressing and leashing your dog while wearing the sweater.

• Leash opening: positioned down the neck.
• Collar: elastic and high.
• Putting on and taking off: the elastic collar is designed to make both easier.

This Mihachi sweater suits dog owners looking for an acrylic knit layer for autumn and winter, with a leash opening and an easy-to-wear elastic collar. The grayish blue XL is a cable-knit dog garment with the stated back, neck, and chest measurements, and the style is also presented as a New Year gift option.
