Mofason Large Cat Litter Mat, Black Silicone, Waterproof Paw-Trapping Surface

Mofason Rubber Large Cat Litter Mat is a black silicone mat designed to catch litter by the box, with a 28 × 20 inch (71.1 × 50.8 cm) footprint.

• Raised points and deep grooves — help remove litter from paws and catch it on the mat.
• Waterproof, urine-proof surface — helps keep liquid off floors.
• Anti-slip points — help hold the mat in place as cats move across it.
• Works with many litter types and hooded or self-cleaning litter boxes — suits different litter setups.
• Ribs and raised outer edges — help keep litter contained within the mat.

Litter kicked or carried out of a box can spread across nearby floors. This mat is made to sit on the floor outside the litter area, where its textured surface catches loose litter and helps shield hardwood and carpet from urine stains. It is designed for everyday use around a cat’s litter box, including busy setups with active cats.

How does the mat help reduce litter tracking?

Raised points help knock litter from cats’ paws, while deep grooves catch and hold it on the mat. Together, these surface features create a collection area between the litter box and the surrounding floor.

• The grooves are deep enough to trap litter rather than leave it on a smooth surface.
• Ribs and outer edges help keep most collected litter on the mat.

Will it work with my litter and litter box?

Mofason’s mat is suitable for many types of litter and for standard, hooded, and self-cleaning litter boxes. Its 28 × 20 inch size gives a broad area beside the box for catching tracked litter; compare that footprint with the floor space available at your setup.

• The mat can be placed directly on the floor out of the box.
• Its broad coverage is intended to help limit litter spreading beyond the designated area.

Can the mat protect floors and how is it cleaned?

The waterproof, urine-proof surface prevents liquid from passing through the mat onto the floor. It is designed to help protect hardwood floors and carpets from urine stains, and it can be hosed off if cat vomit lands on it.

• The surface is described as odorless.
• The silicone mat is made for repeated use and is described as durable and long-lasting.

Mofason Rubber Large Cat Litter Mat suits cat owners who want a textured, floor-level litter-catching area around hooded, self-cleaning, or other litter boxes. Its silicone surface, paw-catching texture, and waterproof construction make it a practical fit for containing litter and liquid around the box.
