MUYG Gecko Coconut Hide with Ladder, 5-Piece Habitat Accessory Set

MUYG’s coconut gecko hide is a natural coconut-shell shelter and climbing accessory for geckos and other lizards, with a rope-woven top and wooden ladder.

• Natural coconut shell, twine cap and wooden ladder — create a hideaway with climbing access.
• Rope-woven cap — adds friction for geckos crawling over the top.
• Dark coconut-shell interior — offers a place to hide, rest and play away from bright light and loud sounds.
• Indoor and outdoor use — the shell is made to withstand extreme weather and will not rust like metal alternatives.
• Five-piece accessory set — includes a coconut nest, silk mat, hammock, terrarium plants and flexible jungle vine.

Geckos and lizards can be sensitive to bright light and loud sounds, and often seek a darker place to hide. This set combines a coconut-shell den with climbing and habitat-decor elements for a reptile enclosure or outdoor setup. The shell can be hung or placed in a corner, giving you options for arranging the habitat.

What comes with the MUYG coconut gecko hide?

The set includes one coconut nest with ladder, one coconut silk mat, one hammock, one set of reptile plants and one flexible bend-a-branch jungle vine. The nest measures 16.14 x 5.11 inches (41.0 x 13.0 cm), and the hammock measures 7.1 x 7.1 inches (18.0 x 18.0 cm).

• Reptile plants: 33.46 inches (85.0 cm).
• The coconut silk mat is placed inside the hanging nest.
• The hammock is sized for use as a bearded dragon hammock.

How can I position and arrange the coconut hide?

Hang the nest vertically from the top of a tank or set it horizontally in a corner. Wrap the large green leaves around the vines, and use suction cups to hold the vines and plants in place. These placement options let you arrange the included pieces to suit the habitat setup.

• The wooden ladder provides a route to the top of the coconut hide.
• The vine is flexible and bendable for arranging.

What makes the coconut shell a useful hiding place?

The smooth shell forms an enclosed, dark space where a lizard can hide, rest or play. Its natural coconut-shell construction is intended to provide a refuge without the rust associated with metal alternatives. The rope-woven cap increases friction for geckos crawling across the top.

• The twine cap and wooden ladder are part of the nest design.
• The shelter is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

This set suits reptile keepers looking to add a dark shelter alongside climbing and foliage elements for geckos or other lizards. Its coconut nest can be hung or placed horizontally, while the included mat, hammock, plants and bendable vine provide additional habitat pieces. It is a coconut-shell hide and decor set, rather than a standalone climbing branch.
