MUYG Reptile Cork Bark Background, 2 Panels, 40 x 30 cm Each, Cut-to-Fit Climbing Wall

MUYG Reptile Cork Bark Background is a two-piece terrarium wall backdrop designed to create a natural-looking habitat and a textured climbing surface, with each panel measuring 15.74 x 11.81 inches (40 x 30 cm).

• Two panels — use each on its own or join them to cover more wall area.
• Rough, tree-bark-like texture — gives climbing reptiles a surface to grip.
• Natural champagne wood — brings a natural material and bark appearance to the enclosure.
• Cut-to-fit panels — trim them to suit your terrarium wall.
• For terrariums and 40-gallon reptile tanks — suitable for a range of reptile and amphibian habitats.

A bare enclosure wall can offer little texture for climbing or visual connection to a natural habitat. This backdrop adds a bark-like surface for reptiles to climb and a nature-inspired finish for terrariums and reptile enclosures. It can also be used as plant-wall decor or as a natural-style accent in a living room or hotel setting.

What does the textured background do for climbing reptiles?

The rough surface is designed to help geckos grip while climbing, reducing the concern of slipping from a smooth wall. Climbing gives reptiles an opportunity to stay active and may help relieve stress. The tree-bark form also creates a more natural-looking enclosure wall, which is designed to help pets acclimate to their habitat faster.

• Made for use as a climbing mat or terrarium wall background.
• Suitable for bearded dragons, snakes, geckos, lizards, spiders, iguanas, chameleons, tortoises and frogs.

How much wall space do the two panels cover?

Each MUYG panel measures 15.74 x 11.81 inches (40 x 30 cm), and the two pieces can be used separately or joined together. The stated application includes 40-gallon reptile tanks, pet terrariums and reptile enclosures. Measure the wall area you want to cover against the size of each panel before arranging them.

• Two background pieces are included.
• Panels can also be used in plant-wall arrangements and habitat displays.

How do you install the background?

Trim the panel to the required shape, then attach it to the tank wall with double-sided tape or glue. The pieces are supplied without installation adhesive, so tape or glue is needed to mount them.

• Cut the background to fit the enclosure wall.
• Choose double-sided tape or glue for attachment.

MUYG Reptile Cork Bark Background suits reptile and amphibian keepers who want a bark-textured climbing wall that can be arranged to match their enclosure, as well as anyone creating natural-style terrarium or plant-wall decor. Its two cuttable panels provide a flexible wall backdrop for habitats where a textured, nature-inspired surface is useful.
