Hamsters are active at night, and a running wheel gives them a way to exercise and stay engaged in their habitat. Niteangel’s wheel is made for hamster owners looking to add movement and enrichment while keeping spinning noise low. Its adjustable setup also helps accommodate different bedding depths and habitat arrangements.

Is the running track designed for comfortable exercise?

Yes. The wheel has a wide running track and a suitably sized drum, designed to let a hamster run without bending its back. Running gives your pet an outlet for activity, helps maintain strength, and can support physical and mental well-being.

• Provides a running activity intended to help relieve boredom.
• Made to support regular movement and muscle-building activity.

How can I adjust the wheel for my habitat?

The drum’s bottom height can be set between 1-inch (ca. 2.5 cm) and 4-inch (ca. 10 cm), so you can adapt its position to your pet or the depth of the bedding. The solid base can stand in a DIY cage, terrarium, or glass tank, or sit on a platform.

• Adjust the drum height to provide access for your pet.
• Use the freestanding base in several common habitat arrangements.

What materials make up the wheel?

The running drum is made from PS plastic, and the base is acrylic. The transparent materials let the wheel remain visually open within the habitat, while the drum is designed to resist chewing; the solid base provides support during running or walking.

• Running drum: PS plastic.
• Base: acrylic.

Niteangel’s exercise wheel is suited to hamster owners who want to add a running activity to a nighttime habitat and adjust the wheel around their pet or bedding depth. Its wide track, adjustable drum position, and freestanding base make it adaptable to the habitat setups described above, while its dual bearings are designed for quieter spinning.
