NOAH & PAW Dog Life Jacket, Small 16–20 in, 4X Foam with Rescue Handle

The NOAH & PAW Dog Life Jacket is a flotation vest designed to help dogs stay stable above the waterline, with 4X foam on the sides and a Small size for 16–20 in.

• Tested in oceans, pools, and lakes — made for varied water settings.
• A purpose-built test closely aligned with human life-jacket standards — assesses flotation despite the lack of a dog-jacket standard.
• Breathable mesh ventilation — lets water flow through in the water and supports air circulation out of it.
• Rescue handle, leash loop, wide chest straps, and reflective stripe — built into the vest for handling and visibility.
• Quick-adjust belts and clips — make fitting and removal easier.

For dogs joining water activities, a flotation vest needs to support buoyancy without making movement in and out of the water inefficient. The NOAH & PAW design is made for dogs and cats, and the size range covers puppies and small, medium, and large dogs. This listing is the Small size, with a 16–20 in measurement.

How was the NOAH & PAW Dog Life Jacket tested?

It was tested in oceans, swimming pools, and lakes using a test created to closely align with human life-jacket standards. Human life jackets have an ISO standard, but dog life jackets do not; this test was developed to assess the vest’s flotation in the absence of a dog-specific standard.

• Test settings include ocean, pool, and lake water.
• The test was created for this vest and is not presented as an ISO certification.

How does the vest support flotation and movement?

4X foam placed along the sides is designed to help dogs stay afloat and stable above the waterline while allowing efficient movement into and out of the water. Mesh ventilation lets water pass through the vest, which helps prevent irritation to a dog’s skin and coat. Away from the water, the mesh allows air circulation to help sensitive-skinned dogs avoid overheating during outdoor activities.

• Side-positioned foam supports flotation and stability.
• Mesh provides water flow in the water and airflow out of it.

What features help with fit and handling?

The vest combines wide chest straps with quick-adjust belts and clips to make adjustment and removal easier. Its sturdy handle provides a lift point, while the leash loop and reflective stripe add practical features for outings. The design is offered for dogs from puppy to large-breed sizes; this specific option is Small, measuring 16–20 in.

• Wide straps distribute pressure across the chest.
• The handle, leash loop, and reflective stripe are built into the vest.

This vest suits dog owners looking for a flotation aid for water activities, especially when they want ventilation and built-in handling features. Choose the Small option when the relevant measurement is 16–20 in; it combines side foam, breathable mesh, and adjustable straps in one dog life jacket.
