Nordjager Dog Stairs for Small Dogs, 2-Step Memory Foam Bed Ramp

Nordjager Dog Stairs are two-step pet steps with a ramp-style design to help small dogs reach beds, sofas, couches and recliners.

• High-density memory foam — provides support for your dog’s knees while climbing.
• Corduroy climbing surface and anti-slip base — add traction on the steps and against the floor.
• Wear-resistant linen sides and a waterproof layer on the back — address claw use and urine concerns.
• Removable, machine-washable cover with a side pocket and carrying handle — combines care and storage features.
• Vacuum-compressed packaging — gives the foam time to expand after opening.

Getting onto raised furniture can be harder for older dogs and dogs recovering from an injury or surgery. These pet steps offer a lower-access route intended to reduce pressure on joints and be gentler on a dog’s back and legs. The foam construction is lightweight, so the steps can be carried between the places your dog uses.

How does the ramp-style design help a dog reach furniture?

The two-step layout gives small dogs a way to climb up to a bed, sofa, couch or recliner. Its ramp-style design is made with older pets and dogs recovering from injury or surgical procedures in mind, with the aim of minimizing joint pressure. The foam provides support as your dog climbs, rather than relying on a hard stair surface.

• Designed for access to beds and seating furniture.
• Intended to be gentler on dogs’ backs and legs.
• Lightweight foam makes the steps easier to carry between rooms.

What materials help with grip and everyday use?

Corduroy covers the climbing surface, while anti-slip drop-plastic cloth forms the bottom and helps the steps grip the floor. High-density memory foam supports your dog during use. The sides are made from wear-resistant linen, and the back has a waterproof layer.

• The linen sides are designed to withstand wear from dogs’ claws.
• The bottom fabric is intended to help keep the steps from sliding while a dog climbs.

Can the cover be removed and washed?

Yes, the cover can be removed and machine washed. A side pocket offers space for dog food, and a handle on the opposite side makes the steps easier to carry. The cover uses zippers for removal and refitting.

• Removable cover for machine washing.
• Side pocket and handle are on opposite sides.

How long does the foam take to expand after unpacking?

Open all packaging before use and allow up to 72 hours for the vacuum-compressed foam to regain its original shape. Give the steps time to expand fully before your dog uses them.

• Expansion may take as long as 72 hours.
• Open all packaging to let the foam expand.

These steps suit small dogs that need help reaching raised furniture, including older dogs and dogs recovering from an injury or procedure. They combine a ramp-style climbing route with supportive foam, a grippy base and a removable washable cover. Their intended role is to help with access to beds and seating, not to serve as a pet bed.
