Ohtomber Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box, 17.5 x 13.6 in, High-Sided Open Top

Ohtomber High Sided Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box is an open-top litter pan for small to medium cats and other small pets, measuring 17.5 in × 13.6 in × 6 in (44.45 cm × 34.54 cm × 15.24 cm).

• Six-inch-high walls help contain kicked litter and high urination.
• An open top gives cats easy access and an unenclosed space.
• Polished, rounded edges provide a smooth rim around the pan.
• A smooth, non-stick surface lets waste slide to the bottom for rinsing.
• The pan suits pine, crystal, pellet, and clumping litter.

This litter pan is made for pets that need an accessible toilet area, including kittens and cats that scatter litter or urinate high. Its open design also suits cats that feel anxious in enclosed boxes or prefer an open-air space. The listed dimensions make it suitable for small to medium cats, as well as rabbits and other small pets.

How do the high sides and open top help?

The 6-inch-high sides help keep litter inside when a cat kicks or shakes off excess litter, while the open top leaves the pan unenclosed. The low-entry layout is accessible for small cats and kittens. Its size gives cats room to move while using the pan.

• Designed for cats that tend to kick litter out.
• Suitable for cats that urinate high.

What is the litter box made from, and how do you clean it?

The pan is stainless steel, which does not absorb sticky odors or stains and resists rust. Its smooth surface helps litter waste fall away from the sides and collect at the bottom. Rinse the pan with water for cleanup; the smooth design also helps it dry quickly.

• The lightweight pan is easy to lift.
• Its construction resists scratches from cat claws and litter scoops and minimizes dents.
• It is engineered to remain stable when filled with heavy litter, making scooping easier.

Which pets and uses does this pan suit?

Ohtomber’s pan can serve cats, kittens, rabbits, bunnies, ferrets, and snakes. For rabbit owners, a metal pan avoids the chewable plastic surface found on plastic litter boxes, helping avoid plastic ingestion from chewing. The container can also be used as a pet bathing tub or for metal storage.

• Suitable for pine, crystal, pellet, and clumping litter.
• Open-top construction keeps the pan unenclosed.

This pan is a practical fit for households with small to medium cats, kittens, or small pets that benefit from an open toilet area and a rinse-clean surface. It is sized for those pets and offers stainless steel construction, six-inch sides, and multiple uses beyond litter containment.
