For training and handling, a lead needs to connect quickly and give the handler a direct feel of the dog’s movement. OmniPet’s traditional British rope design combines the lead and slip collar in one piece, making it suited to obedience practice, working-dog handling and routine walks where straightforward leash control is useful.

What is the OmniPet British Rope Slip Lead designed for?

It is made for obedience training, dog handling and everyday use. Its round, tightly braided rope is designed to resist twisting, provide a secure-feeling grip and deliver precise leash feedback for the handler. This traditional style is favored by trainers and working-dog handlers who value direct communication through the lead.

• Suitable for training and routine handling.
• Round rope construction helps limit twisting while in use.
• Designed to provide leash feedback without added snap hardware.

How does the slip-loop lead work?

The lead has an integrated slip loop that serves as both collar and leash connection. Place the loop over the dog’s head to leash up, then use the rope lead to guide and handle the dog. With no bulky snap or excess hardware, the design keeps the connection simple and quick to put on.

• One-piece collar-and-lead arrangement.
• Slip-loop connection for fast leashing.
• No bulky snaps or excess hardware.

What are the lead’s construction and available options?
