OmniPet Dog Training Lead, 6.1 m Red Cotton for Recall and Obedience

OmniPet’s red cotton dog training lead is made for recall, distance obedience and controlled training, with a 20 ft (6.096 m) length and 5/8 in (15.875 mm) width.

• Long-line recall and distance obedience use — practice commands while your dog works at a distance.
• Designed for outdoor training and field work — supports sessions in open settings.
• Soft woven cotton — remains manageable and comfortable during longer training sessions.
• Reinforced nylon stitching with nylon thread — adds strength for long-line use.
• Controlled freedom with a connection to the handler — supports consistent communication during training.

When recall and obedience practice call for more distance, a long training lead gives the handler a way to maintain a connection while the dog works farther away. This lead is made for outdoor sessions, field work and building confidence at range. Its purpose is focused: support communication and controlled freedom during training, rather than serve as an everyday walking leash.

What training is the OmniPet lead designed for?

The OmniPet lead is designed for long-line recall practice and distance obedience commands. It is suited to training in which the dog responds to the handler while working at a range, including outdoor and field sessions. Keeping a connection between handler and dog lets the handler work on commands without giving up control of the lead. The product is also intended to support confidence-building at range; it does not promise a particular training outcome.

• Use focus: recall and obedience at a distance.
• Setting focus: outdoor training and field work.

How long and wide is this training lead?

The lead measures 20 ft (6.096 m) long and 5/8 in (15.875 mm) wide. Its long-line format is intended to allow controlled freedom during training while preserving a connection for communication between dog and handler. Consider whether this length and width suit your planned training setup before choosing it.

• Length: 20 ft (6.096 m).
• Width: 5/8 in (15.875 mm).
• Colour: red.

What materials and construction does it use?

The lead is made of soft woven cotton, with reinforced stitching using nylon thread. The cotton construction is intended to remain manageable and comfortable during longer sessions, while the reinforced seams add strength for long-line training. This combination suits handlers who want a training lead with a soft woven feel and reinforced stitching, rather than an unspecified material or construction.

• Lead material: woven cotton.
• Stitching: reinforced with nylon thread.

The OmniPet cotton training lead is a fit for handlers working on recall, distance obedience or confidence at range, particularly in outdoor settings and field work. Its purpose is controlled training with an ongoing handler-dog connection; it is not presented as a general-purpose walking leash. The 20 ft length, woven cotton construction and reinforced nylon stitching define the lead’s training-focused design.
