OPDEKEHA Cat Scratch Puzzle Enrichment Box is an interactive indoor-cat toy designed to encourage playful nail filing, with cat-safe 100-grit sandpaper panels and 3 jingle bell balls plus 2 feather wands.

• Cat-safe 100-grit sandpaper-lined panels — help smooth sharp nail tips during play.
• 3 jingle bell balls and 2 feather wands — encourage batting, pawing and chasing.
• Dry-food puzzle box — turns food-seeking play into an opportunity for nail filing.
• One-piece smooth wood construction — ready to use without tools or assembly.
• Lock-opening lid — gives access to the inside for cleaning.

For indoor cats, ordinary grooming can be difficult when a cat avoids nail clippers. This enrichment box gives cats an activity that combines play, food rewards and contact with filing panels. It is designed to encourage cats to paw, dig and bat at the box, helping keep them engaged while their nails brush against the sandpaper lining. The combination of a puzzle and moving toys also offers mental stimulation and an outlet for pent-up energy.

How does the box encourage nail filing?

As cats paw and dig for dry food or play with the toys, their nails pass across the sandpaper-lined panels. That contact is designed to smooth sharp tips as part of an activity the cat can choose to engage with, rather than relying on a person to hold the cat for routine filing. The 100-grit surface is made to work on hard nails while remaining gentle on paw pads.

• Place dry food inside to create a reward-based activity.
• Use the included toys to invite batting and chasing around the box.
• For extremely long nails, trim them before using the box for routine maintenance.

What toys and enrichment features are included?

The set includes 3 jingle bell balls and 2 feather wands alongside the scratch puzzle box. The different toys offer several ways to engage: cats can bat at the balls, follow the feather wands and paw at the puzzle while seeking food rewards. This variety is intended to support active play and help redirect scratching behavior away from household items.

• Three bell balls add sound and movement during play.
• Two feather wands provide another option for interactive play.
• The box combines toy play with a dry-food treat activity.

Does the cat scratch puzzle need assembly, and how is it cleaned?

No assembly or tools are needed: the box has a one-piece design and is ready to use. To access its interior for cleaning, open the lock and lift the lid. Periodically shake out nail dust as part of routine upkeep.

• Smooth wood construction helps avoid sharp edges that could cut paws.
• The integrated design keeps the puzzle box and filing panels together.
• Opening the lid provides access to the inside.

OPDEKEHA Cat Scratch Puzzle Enrichment Box is suited to indoor cats who enjoy pawing at puzzles, chasing toys and working for dry-food rewards, including cats that are uneasy around clippers. Its filing panels are intended for routine maintenance rather than extremely long nails, which should be trimmed first. For cats who benefit from play-based enrichment, it brings food seeking, toys and nail filing together in one ready-to-use box.
