Outward Hound Fun Feeder Stainless Steel Slo Bowl is a medium dog bowl designed to make mealtimes last longer, with an 8.3-inch (21.1 cm) size and a removable slow-feeder insert.

• Slowest-level maze — helps slow very fast eaters by up to 10X.
• 2-cup capacity for dry or wet dog food — holds a meal.
• Non-slip design and raised-platform fit — supports steadier feeding in more setups.
• Made without BPAs, PVC, lead, or phthalates — keeps these materials out of the bowl’s construction.
• Easy to clean — makes everyday bowl care more convenient.
• Slow, Slower, and Slowest levels — offer different maze challenges for different eating paces.

For dogs that rush through meals, a maze-style feeder adds an engaging task to the routine and encourages a slower pace. This bowl combines that interactive approach with a stainless steel feeding bowl, giving pet owners a way to make mealtime more involved while keeping a familiar bowl format.

How does the Fun Feeder help slow fast eaters?

The Slowest level uses Outward Hound’s most challenging maze design and can slow very fast eaters by up to 10X. As dogs work around the maze to reach their food, mealtime becomes longer and more interactive. A slower eating pace can help deter bloat and improve digestion.

• Designed to encourage dogs to enjoy each bite at a more mindful pace.
• The meal becomes an engaging feeding activity rather than a quick bowl of food.

How much food does the medium bowl hold?

The bowl holds 2 cups of dry or wet dog food and is intended to fit a full meal for dogs of all breed sizes. Compare the 8.3-inch (21.1 cm) bowl size with your feeding area to make sure it suits your setup.

• Medium size.
• Suitable for use with raised feeding platforms.

What is the bowl made of, and how does its design work?

It pairs a stainless steel dog bowl with a removable plastic slow-feeder insert. The insert provides the maze for meals, while the non-slip design helps deter sliding and spills during feeding. The bowl is easy to clean and is made without BPAs, PVC, lead, or phthalates.

• Two-part feeding design: bowl and removable insert.
• Three maze difficulty choices are available: Slow, Slower, and Slowest.
• Multiple sizes and maze patterns are available; this version is medium with the Slowest-level maze.

This bowl suits dog owners looking to add a slower, more engaging routine to mealtime, especially for dogs that eat quickly. Its medium 8.3-inch size, 2-cup capacity, and removable maze insert combine interactive feeding with a stainless steel bowl.
