The Paws Aboard Reflective Dog Life Jacket is a flotation vest for water activities, with a raised chin-support collar and a Medium fit for dogs weighing 25–50 lb (11.3–22.7 kg).

• 360° reflective trim — adds visibility in dawn, dusk, and overcast conditions.
• Reinforced top handle — gives you a central point for lifting your dog from the water.
• Leash D-ring — provides an attachment point for water activities and walks ashore.
• Adjustable dual-buckle straps and a hook-and-loop panel — help tailor the vest’s fit.
• Quick-dry mesh underbelly — helps reduce chafing during extended time on the water.

Dogs can tire or become unsettled while swimming, and a well-fitting flotation vest gives you practical ways to support and manage them around the water. This Pink Polka Dot design is made for swimming and outings at the pool, lake, beach, river, dock, or aboard a boat, as well as paddleboarding and kayaking. Its flotation collar, lift handle, and leash attachment each serve a different purpose, from helping support your dog’s head to giving you a controlled lifting or tethering point.

How does the Paws Aboard vest support a dog in the water?

The raised SafeChin flotation collar supports your dog’s head above the water and helps keep them oriented as they tire. The vest combines a high-density nylon shell with a closed-cell foam core—the same material combination used in human watersports vests. The nylon construction is designed to remain flexible and resist tearing around sharp boat edges, kayak cleats, and dock boards.

• Designed for first-time swimmers, anxious dogs, puppies, older dogs, small breeds, and short-muzzled dogs.
• Made for pool, lake, boat, beach, stand-up paddleboard, kayak, dock, and river-raft use.

How do I choose the right size?

Medium is sized for dogs weighing 25–50 lb (11.3–22.7 kg), with Cocker Spaniels, Border Collies, Bulldogs, and Basenjis given as breed examples. Use your dog’s weight to identify whether this size range suits them; adjustable dual-buckle straps and a hook-and-loop panel provide fit adjustment. The underbelly is made with quick-dry mesh to help prevent chafing during long boat days.

• The Paws Aboard size range includes XX-Small for dogs under 6 lb (2.7 kg).
• The Pink Polka Dot pattern is the design shown for this variant.

What features help with lifting and leash control?

A reinforced handle sits at the top of the vest, positioned at the dog’s center of mass to help you lift them level. Beneath it, a D-ring offers a leash attachment point for paddleboarding, kayaking, managing your dog on a boat deck, or walking along the shore. These features make the vest useful both in the water and during transitions on and off the water.

• The top handle is for lifting your dog.
• The D-ring is for attaching a leash.

What does the Pink Polka Dot design include?

This Medium vest has a pink polka dot pattern and 360° reflective trim. The range also comes in Nautical Dog, Racing Flames, Grey Camo, Neon Yellow, Blue & Yellow, Pink/Silver, and Signature Red designs. The reflective trim is intended to improve visibility in low-light conditions such as dawn, dusk, and overcast weather.

• Eight named design options are available across the range.
• This product variant is Pink Polka Dot in Medium.
