Pawtopia Compostable Dog Poop Bags, 240 Bags, 16 Rolls, Plant-Based

Pawtria (formerly Pawtopia) Home Compostable Dog Poop Bag Rolls are plant-based bags for pet-waste cleanup, with 240 bags in 16 rolls and a 9 x 13-inch (22.9 x 33 cm) size.

• Certified under TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME and OK compost INDUSTRIAL, plus BPI Certified Compostable — recognized compostability standards for these bags.
• 20-micron bag material — helps prevent leaks and contain odors during everyday cleanup.
• Standard 9 x 13-inch size — fits standard leash dispensers and suits a range of pet-waste tasks.
• Made from vegetable starches, including corn starch — designed to break down into water, carbon dioxide and biomass under appropriate composting conditions.
• Recyclable paper roll cores and compostable packaging — extend the plastic-waste-conscious design beyond the bags.
• Easy-open bags that separate cleanly — make it simpler to prepare a bag during a walk.

These rolls are made for the routine of picking up after dogs at home, on walks, while traveling or during housebreaking. Their standard format also makes them useful for cat litter cleanup and other pet-waste collection, while the plant-based material supports composting when conditions are suitable.

What can these compostable bags be used for?

Pawtria bags are intended for dog waste, cat litter and other everyday pet-waste cleanup, and can also be used for food scraps going into home compost. Their 9 x 13-inch format works with standard leash dispensers and is sized for cleanup involving puppies as well as large dogs. The bags are 20 microns thick, helping to limit leaks and hold in odors as you collect waste.

• Pack contains 240 bags across 16 rolls.
• Suitable for walks, travel and housebreaking routines.
• Food scraps may be collected for home composting.

What compostability certifications do the bags have?

Pawtria Home Compostable Dog Poop Bags are certified by TÜV AUSTRIA under both the OK compost HOME and OK compost INDUSTRIAL programs, and they are BPI Certified Compostable. Made with vegetable starches, including corn starch, the bags are designed to break down into water, CO₂ and biomass under proper composting conditions. For safety, do not use compost made from pet waste on food crops.

• Two TÜV AUSTRIA program certifications cover home and industrial composting.
• Composting depends on appropriate conditions.

How should I store and handle the rolls?

Keep Pawtria compostable bag rolls in a cool, dry place, away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Because the bags are made from plant-based materials, use them within one year of purchase for best performance. The easy-open design helps the bags separate cleanly from the roll when preparing for cleanup.

Every Pawtria purchase also helps support rescue dogs through fostering, product donations and responsible adoptions; the brand actively rescues and fosters dogs and helps them find permanent homes. These rolls suit dog owners who want a standard-dispenser-compatible option for everyday walks and home cleanup, as well as households managing cat litter or food scraps for composting. They are a practical fit for pet-waste routines where plant-based bags and suitable composting conditions are part of the plan.
