Carrying a pet outdoors calls for a carrier that gives the animal room while helping the owner manage essentials and keep the pet secured. This pink bubble backpack is designed for outings with appropriately sized cats and small dogs. Measure your pet before choosing, and ask the airline whether it accepts this backpack’s dimensions if you need it for air travel.

Which cats and dogs fit this backpack?

The carrier measures 16.5 × 12.6 × 10.2 in (42 × 32 × 26 cm) and is suitable for cats under 13.2 lb (6 kg). For dogs, the limit is under 11 lb (5 kg) and a body length no greater than 16.4 in (40 cm). Pets around 6.6–8.8 lb (3–4 kg) are expected to be more comfortable, while pets under 6.6 lb (3 kg) have plenty of room. Measure your pet’s size before buying so you can compare it with the carrier’s dimensions and fit guidance.

• Measure your pet rather than relying on weight alone, especially for dogs.
• For air travel, confirm with the relevant airline that it accepts this backpack size.

How does the carrier help keep a pet secure and comfortable?

Durable fabric is designed to resist animal bites and help prevent the carrier from collapsing and squeezing the pet. Every zipper has a lock, and a built-in safety leash helps prevent an escape while the backpack is open. Large mesh panels on both sides let natural air pass through the carrier. Lower the waterproof sunshade to block UV rays from entering directly.

• Use the safety leash as an added restraint inside the carrier.
• The sunshade provides coverage when direct sunlight is a concern.
• The fabric is described as having no pungent chemical odor.

What makes carrying and storing it practical?

The one-piece EVA 3D ergonomic backplate fits the wearer’s back and is designed to improve breathability at the back. The carrying design is intended to avoid a pulling feeling and the need to bend down while carrying a pet. Front and side pockets hold small outing items such as snacks, leashes, waste bags or medical records. When the carrier is not in use, fold it into a slim shape that fits in a drawer.

• Storage pockets are positioned at the front and sides.
• The carrier folds down for compact storage.

How do you care for the padding and help a pet get used to it?

The soft padding is removable and can be machine washed. To help a pet become familiar with the backpack, place the pet’s toys or familiar items inside so their scent is present. This gives the pet familiar items to encounter as it gets used to the carrier.

• Remove the padding before machine washing it.
• Familiar toys or items can be placed inside during acclimation.

This carrier suits owners taking a size-appropriate cat or small dog on outings who want a foldable backpack with secured zippers, ventilation and storage pockets. It is designed for cats under 13.2 lb (6 kg) or dogs under 11 lb (5 kg) and 16.4 in (40 cm) in body length, with a removable pad for machine washing.
