Pecute Waterproof Dog Car Seat Cover with Back Seat Extender, 52.4 × 24.4 in, Foldable PVC Support

Pecute’s waterproof leather-fabric dog car seat cover extends the back-seat area for dogs, with detachable hard PVC support panels and a foldable design for use in cars, mid-size SUVs and small trucks.

• 52.36 × 24.41 in (133 × 62 cm) — covers the back-seat area and creates a broader resting space.
• 40% more space — gives dogs additional room to move or stretch on the seat.
• Hard honeycomb PVC panels support up to 330 lb (150 kg) — provide a firm base for large dogs or multiple dogs.
• Six fixing straps, including two for the front headrests — help hold the cover in place.
• Folds and hangs on a front seat when not in use — frees the rear seat for people.
• Two storage pockets and an included safety belt — keep small items together and connect the belt to the dog’s collar.

Dogs can lose footing or slip into the footwell when a back seat has no continuous surface. This extender covers the rear seating area to give dogs more usable room during car journeys, while its foldable setup lets owners reclaim the back seat when the cover is not needed.

What material protects the back seat?

The cover uses waterproof sofa-style leather fabric, designed to resist scratches and wipe clean easily. It helps shield the vehicle interior from pet hair, scratches and spills, and offers a different surface from traditional Oxford-cloth seat covers. The fabric also has a comfortable touch for pets.

• Waterproof leather fabric for everyday seat coverage.
• Scratch resistance and easy-clean care for messes from travel.

How much room does the extender provide, and which vehicles does it fit?

The cover measures 52.36 × 24.41 in (133 × 62 cm) and is intended for cars, mid-size SUVs and small trucks. Its extended surface covers the back-seat area, helping prevent a dog from sliding into the foot space during sharp braking and leaving room to walk or stretch.

• The expanded design provides 40% more space.
• Compare the stated measurements with your vehicle’s back-seat area when choosing a fit.

How does the cover stay supported and secure?

Detachable honeycomb PVC panels form the hard bottom and support up to 330 lb (150 kg). The panels are described as more resistant to stress and less likely to crack than wood boards. Six fixing straps attach the cover, with two additional straps fastening to the front headrests to help reduce rocking or collapse.

• One safety belt inserts into the vehicle’s safety buckle and connects to the dog’s collar.
• The panels detach from the cover.

What happens when the back seat is needed?

The cover folds and can hang from a front seat when it is not in use, so it does not occupy the back-seat area. Two built-in pockets provide places to organize items used during the trip.

• Foldable in-car storage.
• Two pockets for keeping small belongings together.

Pecute’s back-seat extender suits dog owners who want a waterproof, expanded travel surface for one large dog or multiple dogs, with a stated support capacity of 330 lb (150 kg). Its measured coverage, hard PVC panel base and fold-away design make it a practical fit for the specified car, mid-size SUV and small-truck use.
