Pet Lodge Steel Rabbit Feeder, 5-Inch Gravity Cage Feeder with Hinged Lid

Pet Lodge Steel Small Animal Feeder is a 5-inch (12.7 cm) gravity feeder for rabbits and other small animals, with a hinged lid and sifter bottom for convenient cage feeding.

• Gravity-fed capacity for several days of feed — keeps food available in measured portions over time.
• Heavy-gauge galvanized steel body — made to be chew-proof and rust-resistant.
• Independent wire hooks — attach the feeder inside a hutch or outside with some wire cutting.
• Compatible with most wire cage types — suits a range of small-animal enclosures.
• Hinged lid and sifter bottom — make it easier to refill and change feed.
• Rounded steel trough — provides a rounded feeding area for animals.

Keeping feed available in an enclosure can make everyday care more straightforward, particularly when you want a feeder that dispenses food gradually rather than requiring a refill at every meal. Pet Lodge is made for rabbits and other small animals, with a gravity design and cage attachment options for different feeding setups.

Which animals and cages is this feeder made for?

Pet Lodge is designed for rabbits and other small animals, and it attaches to most wire cage types. Its independent hooks let you position the feeder on the inside of a hutch; for filling from outside the enclosure, the wire can be cut to make an opening for access. This gives you a choice of placement based on the cage setup.

• Suitable for many kinds of small animals.
• Designed to attach to wire cages and hutches.

How does the feeder dispense food?

Pet Lodge uses gravity to release feed a little at a time, with capacity for several days’ worth. Gradual dispensing is designed to provide daily food portions while keeping a supply in the feeder. The exact amount of time between refills depends on how much feed the animals use.

• Food moves down through the feeder as it is eaten.
• The sifter bottom is part of the feed outlet.

How do you refill and clean it?

Pet Lodge has a hinged lid that opens for refilling or changing feed. The feeder is designed to be easy to use and clean, so routine feed changes can be handled at the cage. The lid provides access from above, while the sifter bottom dispenses feed toward the trough.

• Open the hinged lid to add or change feed.
• Check that the feeder is secured to the cage after filling.

The galvanized steel body is made for use around small animals, and the rounded steel trough provides a smooth-edged feeding area. Pet Lodge suits rabbit and small-animal owners who want a cage-mounted feeder with gradual dispensing and a lid for feed access. It is a 5-inch gravity feeder designed for wire-cage feeding, not a standalone bowl.
