What size pet fits in the PetAmi backpack carrier?

The carrier is made for small to medium pets weighing up to 18 lb, with an interior measuring 12.5 x 10.2 x 16.3 in. Padded shoulder straps and ergonomic support are designed to make the backpack comfortable to carry for everyday use. The airline-approved design is intended for travel, but airline requirements can vary, so check that the carrier suits your travel plans.

• Measure your pet before purchase to help assess fit.
• Use the stated interior dimensions as a guide when comparing your pet’s size.

How does the expandable panel add room?

The back panel extends to create a larger space for your pet. That extra room is designed for longer trips and outdoor adventures, and the carrier is made to help reduce anxiety during travel and outings. When you do not need the expanded space, the backpack’s foldable design makes it easier to store between uses.

• Suitable settings include hikes, dog walks, park outings and longer trips.
• The backpack folds for storage when it is not being carried.

How does the carrier support airflow and visibility?

Multiple ventilated mesh panels and a top-front window let air circulate and give your pet visibility from inside the carrier. The design is intended to help your pet stay cool and comfortable while seeing their surroundings, including during walks or travel.

• The top-front window gives your pet a view outside.
• Mesh panels provide ventilation around the carrier.

What safety and storage features are included?

The carrier combines a reinforced structure with secure buckle locks and an internal safety leash to help keep your pet inside. Reflective straps help make the carrier more visible in low-light or nighttime conditions. A front storage pocket and built-in poop bag dispenser keep small outing essentials within reach.

• Use the pocket for items such as treats, waste bags and accessories.
• The internal leash is part of the carrier’s pet-securing design.

This PetAmi backpack suits people carrying a small or medium dog or cat on everyday outings, hikes and travel, especially when they value an expandable space and integrated carrying features. Its stated pet weight limit, interior dimensions and built-in safety features define the fit and function.
