Some cats are bothered when their whiskers touch the sides of a bowl as they eat or drink. This shallow saucer is made for cat dining, with an accessible surface for food and a shape designed to reduce contact with the sides. Its compact serving capacity suits portions of wet or dry cat food, while the glazed stoneware makes the dish straightforward to clean.

How does the saucer shape help at mealtime?

The shallow, slightly concave surface lets cats and kittens reach their food while helping keep their faces clean. For cats that experience irritation from whiskers touching bowl sides, the open profile is designed to help alleviate that stress. The dish is suitable for cats of all sizes.

• Made for eating or drinking.
• Food access is designed for both adult cats and kittens.

What kind of food can it hold?

Petrageous Silly Kitty is intended for serving either wet or dry cat food. Its 2.5-ounce capacity makes it a small serving dish, and the shallow basin keeps the food accessible across the saucer rather than deep inside a bowl.

• Use it for wet food or dry kibble.
• The basin carries the Silly Kitty logo.

How do you clean and care for this cat saucer?

The dish is dishwasher safe and microwave safe, so it can be cleaned in a dishwasher or used to warm food in a microwave. Its 100% ceramic stoneware construction is glazed to create a non-porous surface, and the saucer is made to FDA standards.

• The glazed surface is designed to eliminate porous surfaces.
• The lime green saucer features the Silly Kitty logo in the basin, adding a decorative detail to a cat’s dining area.

This saucer is a fit for cat owners looking for a shallow dish for everyday wet or dry food, including households with cats sensitive to whisker contact at bowl sides. Its 5-inch footprint and 2.5-ounce capacity make it a compact serving dish rather than a large-capacity bowl.
