PetSafe Come With Me Kitty Cat Harness and Bungee Leash, Small Black

PetSafe Come With Me Kitty Harness and Bungee Cat Leash is a black, Small harness-and-leash set for guided outdoor time with cats, designed to apply control at the shoulders rather than the throat.

• Harness and bungee leash together — one set for taking a cat or kitten outdoors.
• Shoulder-based pressure — keeps leash force away from the delicate throat area.
• Stretchy bungee leash — flexes with movement to soften sharp pulling or tugging.
• Two harness adjustment points — allow the fit to be tailored to a cat’s body type.
• PetSafe has manufactured pet behavior, containment and lifestyle products in the U.S. since 1991 and helps millions of people and pets each year.

For an indoor cat, time outside can bring new sights, sounds and smells, along with opportunities for walks, exercise and play. This set is made to give an owner a way to guide a cat or kitten during outdoor exploration while keeping the leash’s control away from the throat. A harness fit matters: measure your cat when choosing the Small size.

What is the PetSafe Come With Me Kitty Harness designed for?

It is designed for controlled outdoor walks and playtime with a cat or kitten. The harness-and-leash combination gives owners a way to share outdoor experiences beyond the home, including the sensory stimulation of new sights, sounds and smells. Its shoulder-focused design is intended to provide gentle control without directing leash pressure at the neck or throat.

• Made for outdoor use with cats and kittens.
• Supports walks, exercise and playtime outside the home.

How does the bungee leash work?

The leash stretches as a cat moves toward the end of its range, giving movement some flexibility instead of an abrupt stop. As the cat moves forward, the leash flexes and tightens across the harness’s shoulder straps. This design shifts pressure away from the delicate throat area and is intended to reduce sharp tugging and the risk of choking or escape.

• Leash movement works with the harness shoulder straps to provide control.
• The flex is designed to soften the pull when a cat reaches the end of the leash.

How should I choose the fit for my cat?

The harness has two adjustment points to help tailor it to your cat’s body type. This version is Small, in black; measure your cat to assess fit before using it. A properly adjusted harness is important because the leash applies control through the shoulder straps rather than the throat.

• Adjust the harness at two points for a customized fit.
• Measure your cat before selecting this Small size.

This set is suited to cat owners who want to include a cat or kitten in guided outdoor activity and value a harness designed around shoulder-based control. Its fit depends on your cat’s measurements, and its bungee leash provides some give as your cat moves.
