QDAN Glow-in-the-Dark Dog Soccer Ball, 6-Inch Waterproof Toy for Fetch

The QDAN Premium Dog Ball is a 6-inch (15.24 cm) glow-in-the-dark soccer-style toy for interactive play with small and medium dogs, made from polyurethane with sewn-in nylon straps.

• Glows green after exposure to sunlight or another light source — makes the ball easier to spot during evening play.
• Lightweight, waterproof design — lets dogs play with the ball in pools, lakes and at beaches.
• Polyurethane construction with high elasticity — supports bouncing, kicking and play across grass, concrete and sand.
• Nylon straps sewn into the seams — help create an irregular bounce and give dogs and owners ways to fetch, toss and tug.
• 6-inch size for small and medium dogs — gives shoppers a clear size to compare for their dog.
• Designed for supervised interactive games, not chewing — helps owners choose and use the toy with its intended play style in mind.

For dogs who enjoy chasing, retrieving and playing with their people, a ball that can be found outdoors as daylight fades can keep the game going. The QDAN ball is also made for active daytime play, including in water, with features for both dog-led chasing and owner-led tossing or tugging.

How does the QDAN ball glow in the dark?

Expose the ball to sunlight or another light source for more than 30 minutes, and it can glow continuously for more than 30 minutes. Its green fluorescent glow is intended to help dogs and owners follow the ball when playing as evening approaches. The maximum glow time varies with the intensity of the light and the length of exposure, so stronger or longer exposure affects how long the ball fluoresces.

• Light it before play with sunlight or another light source.
• More than 30 minutes of exposure is the stated use guideline.

Can this dog ball be used in water and on different surfaces?

Yes. Its lightweight, waterproof design is made for play in swimming pools, lakes and at beaches, as well as on land. The polyurethane ball is designed to withstand impact and friction on grass, concrete and beach surfaces. Its elasticity also allows it to bounce and be kicked, giving dogs more than one way to chase it.

• For water play as well as outdoor games on land.
• Made for bouncing, kicking and chasing across the named play surfaces.

What makes the straps useful for fetch and tug?

Nylon straps are sewn evenly into the ball’s seams to create an erratic bounce that dogs can chase. The straps also give dogs a way to retrieve or tug the ball, while a longer strap gives the person playing with the dog a place to hold it. Paw prints across the ball add a dog-themed design detail; the strap layout makes the toy suitable for interactive toss-and-fetch games and training sessions.

• Seam-sewn straps support chasing, fetching, tossing and tugging.
• A longer strap is provided for the person to hold during play.

Which dogs and play styles is this ball designed for?

This 6-inch soccer-style dog toy is designed for small and medium dogs and for supervised games such as chasing, fetching, tugging and interactive play. It is not intended for chewing or for aggressive chewers. Stay with your dog during play, inspect the ball before each use, and stop using it if it becomes damaged. Remove any loose or broken pieces promptly to reduce the risk of accidental ingestion.

• Suitable play includes supervised fetch, chase and tug.
• Not designed as a chew toy; discontinue play if damage appears.

The QDAN Premium Dog Ball is suited to small and medium dogs who enjoy active games with their owner, including outdoor play that may continue as daylight fades or move into the water. It combines a rechargeable-by-light glow, a waterproof polyurethane ball and sewn-in straps for interactive play rather than chewing.
