Ruffwear Front Range Dog Chest Harness, Medium Basalt Grey with Dual Leash Points

Ruffwear Front Range Dog Chest Harness is made for everyday walks and redirecting dogs that pull, with two leash attachment points: an aluminum V-ring on the back and reinforced webbing at the chest.

• Closed-cell foam padding in the chest and belly panels — cushions the areas that contact your dog.
• Four adjustment points and side-release buckles — let you tune the fit to your dog’s shape.
• Reflective trim and a Beacon Light loop — add visibility options for walks in low light.
• Medium size — use the sizing chart and how-to-fit video to help measure your dog.
• Beacon Light sold separately — the dedicated loop is ready for use with that light.

For daily outings, longer walks, and hikes, a harness needs to stay comfortably in place while giving you practical leash options. The Front Range is designed to support a secure, adjustable fit and cushioned wear, with features for managing walks and improving visibility around dawn or dusk.

How can I attach a leash to the Front Range harness?

Choose between the aluminum V-ring on the back and reinforced webbing at the chest. The two attachment locations give you options for ordinary walks or redirecting a dog that tends to pull, supporting more controlled outings.

• Back attachment: aluminum V-ring.
• Chest attachment: reinforced webbing.

How does the harness fit and feel during wear?

The harness has four adjustment points and durable side-release buckles to help you set a fit across different dog shapes. Closed-cell foam padding in the chest and belly panels provides cushioning and helps prevent chafing during extended wear.

• Adjust the harness at four points for a more tailored fit.
• Use the sizing chart image and how-to-fit video to measure your dog before choosing Medium.
• Designed to allow natural movement while worn.

Does this harness help with visibility in low light?

Reflective trim helps your dog stand out in low-light conditions, including walks at dawn or dusk. A dedicated loop is provided for a Ruffwear Beacon Light, which is sold separately.

• Reflective trim is built into the harness.
• The Beacon Light attachment loop is for the compatible Ruffwear Beacon Light.

The Medium Front Range suits dog owners looking for adjustable, cushioned chest-harness wear for walks, hikes, and extended outings, with leash attachment choices for everyday handling. Its fit adjustments, padded chest and belly panels, and low-light visibility features make it a practical option for those uses.
