For a collar used on daily walks as well as muddy, rainy, or rugged outings, fit, leash connection, and tag noise all matter. The Front Range combines an adjustable neck fit with a buckle for quick removal, a leash ring, and dedicated tag features in one collar. Its Red Canyon color gives this size a distinctive red finish.

How do I choose the right Front Range Dog Collar size?

This collar fits a neck measurement of 14–20 in (35.6–50.8 cm). Measure your dog’s neck and compare it with that range to choose the fit. The side-release ITW Nexus Mach 1 buckle opens for removal, while the adjustable sizing helps create a snug fit.

• Size: 14–20 in (35.6–50.8 cm) neck range.
• Color: Red Canyon.
• Buckle: ITW Nexus Mach 1 side-release design.

How does the collar attach to a leash?

Attach the leash to the collar’s aluminum V-ring. The lightweight ring is rustproof and designed as a break-resistant connection for walks and outdoor conditions, including wet or muddy outings. The collar’s buckle handles putting it on and taking it off; the V-ring is the leash attachment point.

• Leash connection: aluminum V-ring.
• Webbing: Tubelok colorfast construction resists fading and wear.
• Use: daily walks, trails, rain, and mud.

What makes the collar comfortable and quieter for walks?

Its soft tubular webbing has no sharp edges and distributes pressure evenly around the neck, helping reduce chafing and irritation during walks, hikes, and play. A built-in silicone tag silencer helps limit metal-tag jingling, while a separate ID attachment point keeps identification tags organized and accessible.

• Webbing construction: soft and tubular.
• Tag features: silicone silencer plus a separate ID attachment point.

The Ruffwear Front Range Dog Collar suits dogs whose neck measurement falls within its 14–20 in range and owners looking for a collar for both everyday wear and outdoor exploration. Its adjustable fit, leash ring, and quiet tag features bring practical details together for active walks.
