Ruffwear Sun Shower Dog Raincoat, Large Midnight Blue, Seam-Sealed and Packable

Ruffwear Sun Shower is a dog raincoat for wet, windy outings, made with a seam-sealed 70D/210D ripstop shell and an extended vest-style cut.

• Seam-sealed 70D/210D ripstop shell blocks rain and wind — helps keep your dog dry in changing weather.
• Oversized storm collar and longer vest-style coverage extend over hips and thighs — protects more of your dog’s body.
• Adjustable leg loops and a hem cinch — help customize the fit and keep the coat in place.
• Back leash portal — lets the coat fit over most harnesses.
• Reflective trim and an integrated light loop — support visibility in low-light conditions; Beacon Light is sold separately.
• Lightweight, packable design — makes the coat easy to store between outings.

Rain and wind can make walks and outdoor adventures less comfortable for dogs. The Sun Shower is designed for unpredictable conditions, with coverage and adjustment features suited to active use. This is the Large size in Midnight Blue; use Ruffwear’s sizing chart and measure your dog to choose a fit.

What weather does the Ruffwear Sun Shower protect against?

The coat’s seam-sealed 70D/210D ripstop shell blocks rain and wind. An oversized storm collar and longer vest-style cut extend protection over the hips and thighs, adding coverage beyond the back of the dog.

• Lightweight construction supports easy packing.
• The packable design is convenient to store between outings.

How do I choose the right fit?

Measure your dog and use Ruffwear’s sizing chart to confirm whether Large is the right size. Side-release buckles make the coat easier to put on and take off, while the fit can be adjusted for movement.

• Adjustable leg loops help keep the coat in place in gusty weather.
• A hem cinch lets you customize the fit for active movement.

Can the raincoat be worn over a harness?

Yes. A leash portal on the back lets the Sun Shower be worn over most harnesses, so you can attach a leash without removing the coat.

• The back opening is designed to maintain coat coverage while giving access to the leash connection.
• Harness compatibility is for most harnesses, rather than every harness design.

How does the coat help with visibility?

Reflective trim supports visibility during early-morning and late-night outings. An integrated light loop provides a place for a Ruffwear Beacon Light.

• The Beacon Light is sold separately.
• The coat combines reflective details with a dedicated light attachment point.
