Give a cat a defined spot for downtime and play while providing a surface for scratching. This hideaway is designed for cats and small animals, with a roofed interior, peek-through windows and an entrance for getting in and out. Its portable design and fold-flat storage format make it practical for homes where the cat’s space may need to be put away between uses.

Will the SEKAM cat house fit my cat?

The house measures 16.5 in L x 12 in W x 15 in H (41.91 x 30.48 x 38.1 cm), and its entrance measures 7.3 x 7.3 in (18.54 x 18.54 cm). Compare your cat’s size with both the interior dimensions and doorway before choosing a spot for the hideout. Three windows let a cat peek out, while the triangular roof creates additional space inside.

• Three windows provide viewing openings around the hideaway.
• The wide square entrance supports comfortable entry and exit for a cat that fits the opening.

How does the house provide a place to scratch?

The SEKAM house includes a removable corrugated scratcher board that can be used for scratching and play. Its textured surface is intended to help groom claws and meet a cat’s natural scratching instinct. Sprinkle the included catnip on the board to entice a cat to investigate and use the scratcher.

• Lift out the scratcher board when you want to separate it from the hideaway.
• The scratcher adds an enrichment activity alongside the enclosed resting space.

How do you assemble and store the SEKAM cat house?

Assembly uses two cardboard pieces and takes four steps, with instructions included; no glue or tools are needed. When the house is not in use, it folds flat for storage in its original box, which measures 17 in L x 13 in W x 3 in H (43.18 x 33.02 x 7.62 cm). The cardboard structure can be reused.

• Set up the hideaway without separate adhesives or tools.
• Fold the house flat to store it in the original box.

This SEKAM hideaway suits cat owners looking for a dedicated resting spot that also gives their cat a scratch surface, as well as small animals that fit its dimensions. Measure your pet against the house and entrance dimensions to choose a comfortable fit. Its defining combination is a Donut Shop cardboard hideout with a removable corrugated scratcher and included catnip.
