• Encapsulation technology traps odors and lifts them away — goes beyond simply covering unwanted smells.

Pet accidents can leave organic residue and unwanted odors on more than one kind of surface. Simple Green Pet Stain & Odor Eliminator is made for the messes that come with pets, including multi-pet households, and for fresh accidents as well as stains that have set in. Its formula combines cleaning action with odor control, so the job is to remove the mess and address the smell at its source rather than disguise it with fragrance.

How does Simple Green Pet Stain & Odor Eliminator work on stains and odors?

Its strong surfactant works with natural enzymes to break down and remove stains and odors at the source. The formula also uses encapsulation technology to trap odors and lift them away, instead of relying only on scent to cover them.

• The formula is designed for organic soils, including urine, stool, vomit, drool and food residue.
• Dirt, mud and other organic soils are also among the messes it removes.
• It helps prevent re-soiling after cleanup.

Which surfaces and types of pet messes is it made for?

Simple Green Pet Stain & Odor Eliminator is suitable for both hard and soft surfaces, including carpet. Its use covers a range of common pet accidents, from food residue to bodily messes, as well as dirt and mud tracked into the home. For carpet use, its Carpet and Rug Institute certification addresses both the fibers and the backing.

• Made to tackle severe pet messes, including those in multi-pet homes.
• Handles both recent accidents and older, set-in stains.

Is this cleaner suited to homes with children and pets?

Yes. The formula is optimized for use around children and pets, making it intended for households where people and animals share living spaces. Simple Green was developed by pet lovers for pet lovers, and the product has never been tested on animals.

• A percentage of proceeds from sales supports dog rescue.

What fragrance does Simple Green Pet Stain & Odor Eliminator have?

The fragrance moves from bright sunlight citrus into woody amber, chamomile and delicate floral notes. The scent is designed to leave the home feeling fresh after cleanup, while the formula’s odor-control technology works to trap and lift odors rather than merely masking them.

• The fragrance profile includes citrus, amber, chamomile and delicate florals.

Simple Green Pet Stain & Odor Eliminator is suited to pet owners who want one cleaner for organic messes on hard or soft surfaces, including carpet, and who need a formula intended for use around children and pets. Its surfactant-and-enzyme cleaning action, odor encapsulation and 1 gal format make it a practical fit for homes handling both everyday accidents and difficult, set-in pet stains.
