Cold walks, hiking, travel and camping can expose dogs to chilly, windy or wet conditions. This coat is designed for outdoor use in cold weather, with coverage across the chest and belly and adjustment points to help secure it on your dog. It is suited to outings where you want warmth, weather protection and leash access built into the jacket.

How does the coat provide warmth and weather coverage?

The coat combines a fleece-lined interior with a solid polyester outer fabric that is waterproof and windproof. Its high-fur turtleneck can be adjusted with an elastic drawstring, while the jacket’s chest cover extends over the belly to help reduce heat loss.

• The turtleneck adds coverage around the neck.
• The chest and belly are covered by the coat.
• The outer fabric is intended for outdoor use, including hiking, travel and camping.

How do the collar and leash openings work?

The coat has a detachable nylon neck collar and a hidden leash hole for access to a harness. A belt can connect directly to the collar’s O-ring, and the reflective collar adds visibility as part of the coat’s design.

• Use the O-ring for a direct belt connection.
• Use the hidden opening to attach a leash or harness.
• The neck collar can be detached.

How can I adjust and put on the jacket?

Adjust the drawstrings around the turtleneck, legs and back, then secure the adjustable belly strap. Fast-release belly buckles make the jacket easier to put on and take off, while the adjustable points help tailor how it sits on your dog.

• Drawstrings adjust at the neck, legs and back.
• A buckle strap adjusts around the belly.
• Fast-release buckles allow quick dressing and removal.

Is this coat suitable for night-time walks?

Reflective material is incorporated into the straps and back strips to help your dog be seen in low light. These details are intended to improve visibility during walks and other outings after dark.

• Reflective material appears on the straps.
• Reflective details are also placed on the back strips.

SlowTon Dog Winter Coat suits dogs who need added coverage for cold-weather outdoor activities, including breeds such as Shiba, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd and Pit Bull Terrier. Its adjustable drawstrings and belly strap, chest coverage, leash access and reflective details make it a practical choice for walks and outdoor trips; the fit is adjusted at the neck, legs, back and belly.
