Keeping a small pet’s litter area clean can involve frequent attention to used litter and odors. This sifting box is designed to help simplify that routine while offering an open, easy-entry space for cats, kittens, rabbits, and other small animals. Use it with the recommended pellet types, with or without pee pads.

How does the sifting litter box make cleanup easier?

The four-piece system separates used pellets from the litter that remains in the middle pan. Its side panel helps limit spills, while the bottom pan’s removable drawer collects fallen used litter and can be pulled out for cleaning or for placing a pee pad.

• Spot-clean the used portion rather than replacing all litter during each cleanup.
• The drawer can be removed for access to the collected litter.

Which litter and pee pads can I use?

Small Pet Select recommends 100% natural pine wood pellets or 100% natural hemp pellets for this box. These pellets absorb liquid and help neutralize odors naturally; choose pellets without additives or chemicals such as phenols. The box is also compatible with pee pads.

• When using pee pads, replace them weekly.
• Without pee pads, daily cleaning is highly advised.

What pets and spaces is this box designed for?

The open-top, easy-entry design is intended for cats, kittens, rabbits, and other small animals. Place the box where your pet can see its surroundings, with good visibility and away from food and water. Its overall dimensions are 17-3/4 x 7-3/8 x 22-7/16 inches (45.1 x 18.7 x 57.0 cm), and it weighs 8 lb (3.6 kg).

• The side panel helps prevent litter from spilling out.
• Assembly is designed to be simple.

This box suits pet owners looking for a pellet-based litter setup with a sifting tray and straightforward spot cleaning, including households caring for cats or small animals. The included scoop and 5 pee pads add practical accessories, while the open-top design and removable drawer support an accessible, cleanable litter area.
