Smiry Absorbent Dog Door Mat, 48 x 30 Chenille Dirt and Moisture Trap

The Smiry dog door mat is an indoor chenille mat designed to trap dirt and absorb moisture from paws and shoes, with a textured rubber backing and a 48 x 30 format.

• Soft chenille surface — adds a comfortable layer underfoot and for pets.
• Absorbent, dirt-trapping design — catches moisture, grit, and debris at the entrance.
• Textured rubber backing — helps keep the mat from sliding on a dry floor.
• Low-profile pile — is designed to avoid catching under a door.
• 48 x 30 format — gives you the listed mat size to compare with your entryway.
• For paw and foot cleaning — use it for entryway cleanup, not as a chew or scratch toy.

Wet paws and footwear can bring dust, sand, grass, mud, rain, slush, or snow indoors. This mat is made for the transition into the home, where it can catch dirt and take up moisture before it spreads onto interior floors. Its chenille surface also offers a soft place for feet and pets to step.

What does the Smiry dog door mat catch?

The Smiry dog door mat is designed to catch dirt and absorb moisture from paws and shoes. Its chenille surface helps collect everyday entryway debris such as dust, grit, sand, grass, and muck, as well as moisture from rain, sleet, slush, or snow. Place it where people and pets enter to help limit the material tracked farther into the home.

• Made for indoor entryways and other indoor spaces.
• Suitable for catching debris from shoes as well as paws.

Will the mat slide or catch beneath a door?

The Smiry dog door mat has a textured rubber backing intended to help resist movement, and its low-profile pile is designed to clear a door. For safer placement, set it on a completely dry floor; a damp surface can increase slipping risk.

• Check that the floor beneath the mat is dry before use.
• Compare the 48 x 30 format with your intended floor space.

How should I care for the mat around pets?

The Smiry dog door mat is intended for cleaning paws and feet only. Do not let pets chew, scratch, or pull it apart, since swallowed mat pieces can cause digestive upset. Vacuum regularly to remove loose fibers, and inspect the mat for loose fibers or wear. Replace it promptly if you find damage.
