Smiry Chenille Dog Door Mat, 70 x 32, Absorbent Non-Slip Dirt Trapper

The Smiry Dog Door Mat is an indoor chenille mat for catching dirt and absorbing moisture from paws and shoes, with a textured rubber backing and a 70 x 32 size.

• Absorbent chenille surface — helps catch moisture and dirt at the entrance.
• Textured rubber backing — helps keep the mat from sliding on a dry floor.
• Low-profile design — helps prevent the mat from catching in a door.
• Soft chenille pile — provides a comfortable surface for feet and pets.
• For paw and foot cleaning — made for everyday entryway use.

Wet paws and outdoor grit can travel indoors on pets’ feet and shoes. This mat is designed to sit inside an entrance and catch everyday debris, including water, dust, grit, mud, sand, sleet, grass, slush, rain, and snow. Its soft surface also gives pets a cozy place to step on cold floors.

How does the Smiry mat help catch muddy paws and moisture?

The chenille surface is designed to trap dirt and absorb moisture as paws and shoes cross the mat. Use it at an indoor entrance to help reduce the spread of tracked-in debris through the home. The soft pile is comfortable underfoot and adds a cozy layer for pets on cold flooring.

• Made to catch dust, grit, mud, sand, grass, and wet-weather debris.
• Suitable for water, rain, sleet, slush, and snow tracked indoors.

What size is it, and where can I place it?

The mat measures 70 x 32; compare this footprint with the space at your intended entrance. Its low-profile design is made to help avoid catching in a door, and it can be used in entryways, by front doors, and in other indoor or work areas.

• Suggested locations include lobbies, offices, garages, barns, living spaces, patios, and driveways.
• Available in sophisticated colors to complement different areas.

How should I use and care for the mat around pets?

Use the mat for paw and foot cleaning only, and place it on a completely dry floor. The textured rubber backing helps limit movement, but a damp surface beneath the mat can contribute to slipping. Keep pets from chewing, scratching, or pulling the mat apart.

• Inspect regularly for loose fibers or signs of wear.
• Vacuum regularly to remove loose fibers.
• Replace the mat promptly if damaged; swallowed scraps can risk digestive upset.

The Smiry Dog Door Mat suits pet owners who want a soft indoor landing spot that helps catch wetness and outdoor dirt at an entrance. Its chenille surface, textured rubber backing, and low-profile design make it a practical choice for paw and foot cleaning, rather than a chew or play mat.
