Smiry Dog Door Mat 70 x 24, Absorbent Chenille for Muddy Paws

Smiry Dog Door Mat is an indoor chenille paw-and-foot cleaning mat designed to trap tracked-in dirt and absorb moisture, with a textured rubber backing and a 70 x 24 size designation.

• Soft chenille surface — gives paws and feet a comfortable place to land.
• Absorbent, dirt-trapping design — catches moisture and debris at the door.
• Textured rubber backing — helps keep the mat from shifting on a dry floor.
• Low-pile profile — helps prevent the mat from catching in the door.
• Made for paw and foot cleaning — supports a cleaner entry into the home.

Wet paws and shoes can bring outdoor debris into the house, especially after rain, snow or a walk across grass or grit. This mat is made for entry points where people and pets come indoors, combining a soft surface with a place to catch tracked-in mess. Its 70 x 24 size designation is useful when considering the space available at an entryway.

What does the Smiry Dog Door Mat catch at the entrance?

The mat is designed to trap dirt and absorb moisture as shoes and paws pass over it. It can catch dust, grit, muck, sand, sleet, grass, slush, rain and snow, making it suited to everyday entryway use in changing conditions. The chenille surface is soft to the touch, and the added layer can feel cozy for pets on cold floors.

• Use it by an entryway, front door, lobby, office, garage, patio, barn or living space.
• Suitable for areas where tracked-in water and debris need to be caught indoors.

Will the Smiry Dog Door Mat stay in place and clear the door?

The textured rubber backing helps limit sliding, while the low-pile construction is designed to avoid catching in the door. Place it only on a completely dry floor; a damp surface can affect how securely the mat stays put. Consider the available floor area and door clearance when positioning it.

• The backing is textured rubber.
• The mat has a low-profile pile.

How should I care for the Smiry Dog Door Mat around pets?

Use the mat for cleaning paws and feet, and do not let pets chew, scratch or pull it apart. Check it regularly for loose fibers or wear, and vacuum to remove loose fibers. Replace the mat promptly if it is damaged, because swallowed scraps can cause digestive upset.

• Regular inspection and vacuuming are part of its care.
• Keep the mat intact and discontinue use if damage appears.

Where is the Smiry Dog Door Mat most useful?

It is suited to households that want a soft landing area for paws and feet at an entrance, as well as workplaces and other listed spaces where people come in from outside. The sturdy construction is made for regular placement in these areas, and its low profile supports use near doors. This is a paw-and-foot cleaning mat, so keep it for that purpose and prevent pets from pulling at or ingesting its fibers.

Pet owners looking to catch everyday outdoor mess at an entry point will get the most out of this mat, particularly where a soft surface and low profile are useful. It combines a chenille cleaning surface, a textured rubber base and a 70 x 24 size designation for paw-and-foot use.
