The Spark Paws Dog Hoodie is a fleece-lined dog sweater and sweatshirt for cool and cold walks, with a four-way-stretch shell for easy movement.

• Sizes Small to 5XL — choose from a range that covers puppies through large dogs.
• Fit tested on a wide range of dogs — the cut leaves room through the chest for broad-chested breeds.
• Built-in leash opening — attach a leash to a harness underneath without removing the hoodie.
• Hooded pull-on design with no closures — dress your dog without fastening buttons or zippers.
• Machine wash cold and line dry — straightforward care for regular wear.

For dogs that need an extra layer in cool weather, this hoodie combines the feel of a sweater with the coverage of a sweatshirt. It is made for everyday wear at home and for walks, runs and play, with fabric that moves as your dog moves. Its design also keeps harness access in mind, so the hoodie can stay on for a walk.

Is the Spark Paws Dog Hoodie warm enough for cold walks?

It is an everyday warm layer for cool and cold walks, with a soft fleece lining inside the stretch shell. The hoodie is made for cool, dry days; it is not waterproof. For wet weather, layer a dog raincoat over it, and for deep freezes, wear it under a lined winter coat.

• Suitable for use indoors or outdoors.
• For deep-freeze conditions, use it as a layer beneath a lined coat.
• For rainy days, wear a dog raincoat over the hoodie.

How do I choose a size for my dog?

Choose from eight sizes, Small through 5XL. Measure your dog’s chest girth, compare it with the size chart in the product images, and size up if your dog falls between two sizes. Most buyers choose Large and up, making the chest measurement especially useful when choosing for a larger dog.

• The fit has been tested on a wide range of dogs.
• The chest cut allows room for breeds such as French Bulldogs, Pitbulls, English Bulldogs and Labradors.
• The design is made for female and male dogs.

Can I attach a leash while my dog is wearing the hoodie?

Yes. A discreet opening lets you reach the harness underneath and clip on a leash without taking the hoodie off. The hooded garment pulls over your dog’s head, with no closures to fasten. Its four-way-stretch fabric is designed to move with your dog on walks, runs and play.

• The fabric blend is 67% polyester, 30% cotton and 3% spandex.
• The material feels smooth on your dog’s coat.
• The hoodie combines the use of a dog sweater and a dog sweatshirt.

How should I wash the Spark Paws Dog Hoodie?

Machine wash it in cold water and line dry. These care steps suit a layer intended for regular wear throughout the cold season. Because the hoodie is not waterproof, keep its use to dry conditions or add a raincoat over it when the weather is wet.

• Wash in cold water.
• Line dry after washing.

The Spark Paws Dog Hoodie suits owners looking for an easy everyday layer for walks, play and time at home, including those choosing clothing for a broad-chested dog. Its size range, roomier chest cut and harness opening make it a practical option for dogs that need warmth without losing access to an underlayer harness.
