Spark Paws Fleece Dog Hoodie for Large Dogs, Adjustable Double-Layer Warmth

Spark Paws Fleece Dog Hoodie is a warm layer for cold, dry walks, with two fleece layers and an adjustable double-breasted front for a more adaptable fit.

• Plush fleece outside and soft polar fleece inside — helps trap warmth on cold-weather outings.
• Seven size options with adjustable double-breasted buttons — gives broad-chested dogs room to fit.
• Button-on hood — can be attached for a walk or removed when your dog prefers it.
• Finished opening through the back — lets you connect a leash or use a harness without removing the hoodie.
• Machine wash cold and line dry — care designed to help the hoodie keep its shape through the season.

Cold mornings can make an everyday walk uncomfortable, especially for short-haired or sensitive dogs that dislike scratchy layers. This fleece dog hoodie is made for dry, chilly conditions, including freezing mornings and snow days. Its two-layer construction is heavier and warmer than a plain dog sweater or sweatshirt, while the fleece is designed to breathe. It is not waterproof, so for wet weather, wear a waterproof layer over the hoodie.

How do I choose a size for my dog?

Measure your dog’s chest girth and choose the size that fits; if the measurement falls between sizes, size up. The hoodie comes in seven size options, from Small through XL, with 4XL also available, and its double-breasted buttons adjust over broad chests. Sizing guidance notes that most dogs wear Large or larger, so chest measurement is more useful than relying on a breed name alone.

• Fit tested on pitbull, French bulldog, Frenchie, bulldog, poodle, Labrador and Rottweiler body shapes.
• Product images show the same size on different breeds to help you compare fit.

Is this fleece hoodie warm, and is it waterproof?

The Spark Paws Fleece Dog Hoodie is made for warmth on cold, dry days, not for keeping rain out. Plush fleece forms the outer layer, with soft polar fleece inside to help trap heat; the fleece also breathes. Both fleece faces are brushed, with no rough seam against your dog, making the layer suited to short-haired and sensitive dogs that paw at scratchy clothing.

• Suitable for cold walks and freezing mornings in dry conditions.
• For wet days, wear a waterproof layer over the hoodie.

How does the hoodie fit over a harness, and how do I care for it?

A finished opening in the back lets you clip on a leash or route a harness through while the hoodie stays on. The front fastens with double-breasted buttons rather than needing to be pulled over your dog’s head, and the hood attaches with buttons so it can be taken off when not wanted.

• Machine wash cold and line dry.
• Care is designed to help the hoodie retain its shape through repeated washes and a season of daily walks.

The Spark Paws Fleece Dog Hoodie suits dogs that need an extra layer for chilly, dry outings, including broad-chested, short-haired and sensitive dogs. Its fleece construction, adjustable buttoned fit and back leash or harness opening make it a practical choice for walks without removing the hoodie to attach walking gear. It is a warm fleece layer for dry conditions, rather than a waterproof garment for rain.
