Keeping a dog close while moving can be difficult when you need your hands free or encounter a crowded area. This leash is designed for everyday walks, jogging, hiking, running errands, and road trips, with ways to wear, hold, and secure it depending on the situation.

Can I use the leash hands-free or hold it by hand?

Yes. Wear the leash around your waist for hands-free walking, jogging, or running, then use its quick-detach design to convert it to a standard hand-held leash. The waist-worn setup is also suited to hiking and running errands, where keeping your hands free can be useful.

• Use the waist belt for hands-free control.
• Detach quickly to switch to a hand-held leash.
• The padded waist handle gives you a cushioned grip when holding the leash.

How does the bungee help when my dog pulls?

The leash has a built-in 1-inch (2.54 cm) bungee that absorbs the force of sudden lunges and pulling. This design helps reduce the resulting strain on your arms and shoulders and your dog. Reinforced nylon webbing and locking hardware are paired with a safety-tested pull-force rating of 200KG+ (440 lb+), for use with powerful medium, large, and X-large breeds.

• The traffic control handle sits near your dog for quick restraint.
• Use that handle in crowded areas, at crossings, or in an emergency.

Can I connect this leash to a car seatbelt?

Yes. Its built-in seatbelt clip clicks directly into a car’s seatbelt receiver to restrain your dog during travel. Back-seat use is recommended for road trips and other car rides.

• The clip connects to the vehicle’s seatbelt receiver.
• The leash is designed to provide restraint during car travel.
