SparklyPets Hands-Free Dog Leash for Small Breeds, Green, with Bungee and Control Handle

The SparklyPets Hands-Free Dog Leash is a green waist leash for walking or running with one small dog, with a flexible bungee and two stainless steel belt clasps.

• Two stainless steel clasps support the belt — they help direct pulling force away from the plastic buckle.
• Flexible bungee leash — helps absorb shocks when a small dog pulls.
• Easy-grip rubber control handle — gives you a hands-on hold when closer control is needed.
• Hands-free and hands-on configurations — switch between waist-led walking and holding the leash in seconds.
• Made from high-quality materials — designed for walks and runs with one dog.

For people who walk or run with a small dog, a waist leash can keep hands available while still providing a way to take hold when the situation calls for it. The SparklyPets leash combines a flexible bungee with a belt support system and a separate grip handle, making it useful for everyday walks as well as moments when you want a hands-on hold.

How does the belt help manage pulling?

The belt uses two stainless steel clasps as a support mechanism, directing tension to both sides rather than placing it all on the plastic buckle. The flexible bungee is designed to absorb shocks from a pulling small dog, while the waist-worn setup lets you keep moving without holding the leash continuously.

• Made for one dog.
• Designed for small breeds.
• Green color.

Can I take hold of the leash when I need more control?

Yes. An easy-grip rubber handle on the bungee provides a firm, smooth hold when you want direct control, such as when crossing a busy street. The leash can change from hands-free to hands-on use in seconds, so you can choose how to hold it as your walk changes.

• Use the waist format when you want your hands free.
• Take the rubber handle in hand for closer control.
• The handle is part of the bungee leash.

Is this leash suitable for running with a small dog?

Yes. It is designed for walking and running with small dogs, including dogs that pull. The bungee’s flexibility is intended to soften the effect of pulling, and the belt’s two-clasp support system distributes force across both sides of the belt. This construction provides a waist-worn option while keeping a grip handle available for moments when you need to guide your dog more directly.

• Combines waist-worn and hand-held use.
• Includes a flexible bungee and a rubber grip handle.
• Uses stainless steel clasps to support the belt buckle.

The SparklyPets Hands-Free Dog Leash suits small-dog owners who want to walk or run with one dog and move between hands-free use and a direct hold. Its key design features are the flexible bungee, the two-clasp belt support and the rubber control handle.
