• Suitable for most dog breeds — choose the fit by comparing your dog’s neck size and head length with the cone’s depth.

Dogs recovering from surgery or dealing with skin irritation may need help keeping their mouths away from sensitive areas. SUNFURA provides a soft cone option for those situations, with a lightweight mesh construction and adjustable fastening designed for wear around the neck. Its fit depends on both neck size and head length, so compare those measurements before choosing it, particularly for a large dog.

How does the SUNFURA dog cone help protect a dog?

The cone is designed to limit access to injuries, skin issues and post-surgery wounds by discouraging biting and excessive licking. Its breathable mesh fabric is soft and intended to minimize rubbing against the skin. The cone is made for protective use during recovery rather than as a treatment for the underlying condition.

• Helps block access to areas a dog may bite or lick.
• Mesh fabric keeps the cone lightweight and breathable.

How do you put on and adjust the SUNFURA cone?

Fasten the hook-and-loop closure around your dog’s neck, then use the built-in drawstring to adjust the opening. The closure is designed for quick on-and-off wear, while the drawstring can be tightened or loosened to improve the fit and help keep the cone in place. The brand says putting it on can take no more than 10 seconds.

• Hook-and-loop fastening opens and closes for wear.
• Adjustable drawstring provides a way to change the neck fit.

How can you tell if the cone will fit your dog?

Compare your dog’s neck size and head length with the cone’s fit before purchase. SUNFURA is suitable for most breeds, but your dog’s head must not be longer than the product’s depth for the cone to fit as intended. This check is especially important when choosing a cone for a large dog, because breed alone does not determine fit.

• Measure or otherwise confirm your dog’s neck size.
• Check that your dog’s head is no longer than the cone’s depth.

SUNFURA is suited to dog owners seeking a soft mesh cone to help prevent licking and biting around wounds, skin issues or post-surgery areas. Its adjustable neck opening and quick hook-and-loop fastening make it a practical choice when ease of fitting and a customizable neck fit matter. It is intended for dogs whose head length fits within the cone’s depth.
