SUNFURA Soft Recovery Cone for Medium Dogs with Breathable Mesh and Adjustable Fit

SUNFURA is a soft recovery cone for medium dogs, designed to help protect areas after surgery with breathable mesh fabric.

• Breathable, lightweight mesh — a soft alternative intended to minimize skin rubbing.
• Helps prevent biting and excessive licking — shields injuries, skin issues, and post-surgery wounds.
• Hook-and-loop closure — designed to make the cone easy to put on and remove in no more than 10 seconds.
• Built-in adjustable drawstring — lets you loosen or tighten the neck fit.
• Suitable for most dog breeds — fit depends on your dog’s neck size and head length.

Dogs recovering after surgery or experiencing a skin issue may need a barrier that helps keep them from reaching an area with their mouth. This soft cone is made for that purpose, with a lightweight design for wearing during recovery. Choosing the right fit matters: the cone’s depth needs to accommodate your dog’s head, as well as the neck fit.

How does the SUNFURA dog cone help during recovery?

The cone is designed to help prevent biting and excessive licking while shielding injuries, skin issues, and post-surgery wounds. Its breathable mesh fabric is soft and intended to minimize rubbing against the skin. This makes it a protective option for recovery periods when you need to limit access to an area your dog might otherwise lick or bite.

• Made for use after surgery and around skin concerns or injuries.
• Designed to provide a barrier against biting and excessive licking.

How do you put on and adjust the SUNFURA dog cone?

The hook-and-loop closure makes the cone easy to put on and take off, with application designed to take no more than 10 seconds. Once it is on, use the built-in drawstring to loosen or tighten the fit around your dog’s neck. Adjust it to sit securely without making the neck fit uncomfortably tight.

• Fastening: hook and loop.
• Neck adjustment: built-in drawstring.

How can you tell whether the SUNFURA cone will fit your dog?

The cone is suitable for most breeds, but fit depends on your individual dog’s neck size and head length. Before choosing it, measure your dog’s neck and head, then compare the head length with the cone’s depth: your dog’s head must not be longer than the product’s depth. This check helps you choose a fit that accommodates the head while allowing the neck adjustment to be set appropriately.

• Compare your dog’s neck size with the collar’s adjustable fit.
• Make sure the dog’s head is not longer than the cone’s depth.

The SUNFURA dog cone is suited to medium dogs and dogs of other breeds whose measurements work with its adjustable neck and depth. It is intended for owners who need a soft, breathable barrier to help limit licking or biting during recovery, rather than a collar chosen without checking fit. Its mesh construction, hook-and-loop fastening, and adjustable drawstring make it a recovery cone with fit and use details to consider before putting it on your dog.
