Supet Inflatable Dog Cone, Size L – Raised Soft Recovery Collar with Removable Shield

Supet’s size L inflatable dog cone is a soft recovery collar designed to help stop licking, biting stitches, and scratching, with a raised donut shape and a removable protective shield.

• Raised inflatable donut with a shield — creates a barrier around wounds and stitches during recovery.
• Size L for medium and large dogs — made with breeds such as Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and Shepherds in mind.
• Lightweight, soft fabric — gives dogs a cushioned collar that does not block their vision.
• Inner collar loop and hook-and-loop strap — provide two ways to secure the recovery collar.
• Removable, zippered cover — can be taken off for washing, while the outer fabric resists pet hair and odors.

After surgery or an injury, licking and scratching can interfere with wound protection. This recovery collar is made for dogs that need a barrier around healing areas, including after neuter surgery or when dealing with skin irritation or chronic licking. Its raised, soft shape is designed to let a dog rest, sleep, and move while wearing a recovery collar, without the heavy bucket feel associated with traditional plastic cones.

What does the Supet inflatable dog cone protect against?

The collar is designed to help prevent dogs from licking wounds, biting stitches, or scratching hot spots. Its donut shape forms the base of the barrier, and the attached shield adds coverage when a healing area needs extra protection.

Use it as a recovery barrier after surgery or injury, including for dogs healing from neuter surgery. It is also intended for skin irritation and chronic licking problems.

• Made for post-surgery and injury recovery.
• The shield adds coverage around the collar when attached.

Can dogs eat and rest while wearing this recovery collar?

Yes, the Supet collar can be worn with its shield removed, giving dogs more freedom to eat, drink, and relax while the inflatable collar stays on. The raised donut shape is made to support resting, sleeping, and natural movement.

The lightweight fabric is described as skin-friendly, and the soft collar is designed not to block a dog’s vision. Removing the shield changes the amount of coverage, so the collar can be worn in either configuration according to the protection needed.

• Removable shield for adjustable coverage.
• Donut-shaped collar remains in place when the shield is removed.

How does the size L collar fasten on medium and large dogs?

The Supet size L recovery collar has an inner loop for attaching it to a regular collar and a hook-and-loop strap for a secure fit. The design is intended for medium and large dogs, including Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and Shepherds.

These two fastening features are intended to help keep the collar secure on active dogs that may pull collars off. The product details provide breed examples rather than neck measurements, so use the size L designation and your dog’s fit needs when choosing.

• Inner loop attaches to a regular collar.
• Hook-and-loop strap adjusts and secures the collar.

How do you clean the Supet recovery collar?

The Supet collar has a zippered, removable cover that can be taken off for washing. Its outer fabric is designed to resist pet hair buildup and odors, helping make routine cleaning easier during an extended recovery period.

Because the cover is removable, cleaning does not require leaving it attached to the inflatable collar. The fabric’s hair- and odor-resistant properties support a cleaner-feeling collar while a dog wears it through recovery.

• Zippered cover removes for washing.
• Outer fabric resists pet hair and odors.

This size L collar is suited to medium and large dogs recovering from surgery or injury, or needing help avoiding licking and scratching. Its raised donut shape, removable shield, and two-part fastening design make it a soft recovery barrier with adjustable coverage.
