Some walks call for a little more roaming room, while sidewalks and busy moments call for quick control. This retractable leash is made for everyday walks, quick potty breaks, neighborhood strolls, park jogs, and trail hikes with medium dogs. The extendable tape, thumb control, and attached bag dispenser bring key walking essentials together in one handheld leash.

How much room does the leash give a dog?

The leash extends to 16 ft (5 m), and it is rated for dogs weighing up to 66 lbs (30 kg). Its high-strength nylon tape gives dogs room to explore while remaining attached to the handle. A 360° U-shaped guide and swivel hook allow the tape to move with your dog’s direction and are designed to help prevent knots and twists during retraction. These features suit dogs that circle back or move from side to side on a walk.

• Tape material: nylon.
• Maximum dog weight: 66 lbs (30 kg).
• Designed for medium breeds, including Corgis, Beagles, and Australian Shepherds.

How do the brake and handle work?

A thumb-operated button lets you brake, pause, or lock the leash length with one hand. The ergonomic handle has a non-slip grip, and the casing is made from impact-resistant ABS. Inside, a heavy-duty coil spring supports tape retraction; the rustproof swivel hook connects the leash to your dog’s collar or harness. Together, these parts give you a single handheld control point for adjusting the available leash length during a walk.

• Use the button to brake, pause, or lock the tape.
• The ABS casing houses the leash mechanism and coil spring.
• The hook swivels as your dog changes direction.

Does the leash include a waste bag dispenser?

Yes, the TailyWags leash has an integrated dispenser at the base and comes with one starter roll containing 15 waste bags. The dispenser fits standard waste bag rolls, so bags are kept with the leash instead of being carried separately. This can be useful for regular walks and quick potty breaks when you want cleanup bags close at hand.

• One integrated dispenser attached to the leash.
• One starter roll with 15 waste bags included.
• Dispenser fits standard waste bag rolls.

The gray TailyWags retractable leash is suited to people walking medium dogs who want adjustable roaming room, one-handed length control, and a bag dispenser in the same product. It is designed for dogs weighing up to 66 lbs (30 kg), with nylon tape, a swivel hook, and a thumb-operated brake and lock.
