The Doodle Brush Dog Slicker Brush with Extra-Long Pins for Detangling

The Doodle Brush Slicker Brush is a dog grooming brush designed to detangle coats and help remove dirt, knots, and mats, with extra-long pins that reach deep into the fur.

• Works on curly, short, and long coats — one brush for dogs with different coat types and textures.
• Ergonomic handle — designed to reduce hand fatigue during grooming.
• Gentle pins — intended for comfortable brushing, including for dogs with sensitive skin.
• Skin stimulation during brushing — designed to support circulation and coat care.
• Helps reduce shedding — keeps loose fur management part of regular grooming.

Curly or longer coats can develop knots and mats that call for regular brushing. This slicker brush is made for grooming at home, from routine coat maintenance to working through tangles. Its intended users include Goldendoodles, Poodles, Cockapoos, and other dogs with long hair, while its stated coat compatibility also extends to short-haired dogs.

How do the extra-long pins help with knots and mats?

The extra-long pins reach deep into the fur to help lift out dirt and work through knots and mats. Regular brushing with the tool is intended to maintain a smooth, tangle-free coat without irritating sensitive skin. It is designed for detangling as well as ongoing grooming, so owners can use it as part of their dog’s coat-care routine.

• Reaches into the coat rather than focusing only on the fur’s surface.
• Made for removing dirt, knots, and mats during brushing.

Which dogs and coat types is this slicker brush for?

The Doodle Brush Slicker Brush is made for all coat types, including curly, short, and long coats. It is particularly suited to grooming Goldendoodles, Poodles, and Cockapoos, as well as other long-haired dogs. Its stated range of coat textures makes it an option for households whose dogs do not all have the same kind of coat.

• Suitable for curly coats as well as short- and long-haired coats.
• Designed for breed-specific grooming needs such as those of Poodles and Goldendoodles.

Is the brush designed for comfortable grooming?

Yes. The brush combines gentle pins with an ergonomic handle for a grooming experience designed to feel comfortable for both dog and owner. Brushing stimulates the skin and is intended to enhance blood circulation; regular use may also help reduce shedding. The gentle brushing experience is designed to make grooming more relaxing and support positive time between pets and their owners.

• Handle shape is intended to reduce fatigue during grooming.
• Gentle pin design is intended to suit dogs with sensitive skin.

This brush is a fit for owners who want one grooming tool for detangling and maintaining curly, short, or long coats, particularly on doodle breeds and other long-haired dogs. It is designed for coat care across those textures, rather than for a single coat length.
